Great All round experience

Excellent Service, bed base is built so solid.

Terrible service, we missed the delivery by 10 minutes and the couriers refused to wait or come back, Bed factory direct were no help, hung up on us and are not responding to our demands for a refund.

So easy, so helpful, delivered when they said they would.

Could product and very comfy.

Pleased with delivery and with the bed when assembled. Thank you.

Would highly recommend Bed Factory Direct. We were not expecting such quick delivery. The bed frame we ordered is lovely. The delivery company were efficient. Couldn't be more pleased.

Fantastic service from Bed Factory Direct in Aintree! Dylan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in store, taking the time to help me choose the right beds. Shirley was also lovely and extremely helpful when arranging delivery. Delivery was really speedy, and the assembly service was brilliant – quick, efficient and hassle-free. Such a smooth experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Delivery guys, one very nice, the other not very helpful and left the other to struggle with the second box.

Excellent quality bed and mattress, delivered on our chosen delivery day. Service and communication from the bed factory was great.

Straight forward online order. Used a discount which was a bonus. Options given to select a delivery date if choice which is always beneficial. A time frame is provided the day before followed by a phone all the next day with a better timescale. Bed is great. Our 3rd custom sized purchase! I would recommend.

The delivery was fine - guys turned up when booked , were polite and took the bed to the upstairs bedroom . The mattress is comfortable and stylish . Minor gripe - there were no instructions ! A bed isn’t complicated - but I’m not handy ! . I’ve built it - but there were 2 screws leftover ? Anyway it’s all good and I’ve enjoyed some comfortable nights sleep .

From start to finish this purchase went smoothly, they called me when they felt my order needed checking, my delivery came exactly on time, and the men were very professional. More importantly my back is already feeling better!

It’s been 9days and my matress has not arrived yet,and no updates about it.

The beds are good quality but quite difficult to assemble but we made it eventually

Used multiple times, but was very happy on this Occassion after ordering a bed base that just couldn’t be manoeuvred up the stairs.
Swiftly arranged a new base made in quaters rather than halves to be delivered.

I paid for & ordered a mattress & then was told they don't do that type of mattress anymore. They offered to sell me a different type but I have asked to cancel order.
They are sending my money back in the next 10 working days.
This means I can't buy anything else yet.
Disappointed 😞

I have not received my mattress yet!it was suposed to be delivered 5 days ago!!!meanwhile,i changed houses and i can not receive it anymore!!!if any of your leading people in that company gives a dang,i would like to be contacted for a refund or rearange the delivery to my new adress!i rried to divert the parcel bit there is no option to change the adress!
