“Hidden label under the label — wrong size shoes, no return shipping covered”
I contacted customer support to raise these concerns. I was offered either a partial refund (50% of the price of a second order, already placed and paid for) while keeping both pairs, or a return of both pairs at my own shipping cost, with a refund decided only after inspection at their US facility. I was not offered a full refund or a prepaid return label despite having received a product that did not match what I ordered.
As of this review, I have also not received an update on the shipping status of the second order, which I had already paid for.
Overall, my experience with this seller has been disappointing: the item received did not correspond to what I ordered, and the resolution offered did not adequately address the core issue. I would recommend that potential buyers purchase this model directly from an official or verified authorized retailer.
