100% recommend
I’d never used or heard of before and being a non UK company was sceptical to say the least especially for a £50 order but it arrived relatively quickly and very well packaged so I will 100% use again and recommend to anyone else unsure like I was. Their customer service was pretty good too.

Competetive prices.
Product price was better than most places shipping to a little bit longer than usual but i belive this was due to the end of the festive period items are shipped from eu to uk but no duty was applied ect.

Very disappointed I have now been…
Very disappointed I have now been chasing my parcel for 8 weeks! Not getting any further with customer services they just keep repeating the same few sentences, the delivery company has now told you the parcel was returned to you so can you please send what Ive paid for? I won’t be using this company again, this was my first and last experience with Beautycos definitely wouldn’t recommend

Thanks for your message. This case is about our current conversation regarding your parcel. The courier has marked it as delivered, but you’ve told us that you haven’t received it — so we’ve had to open a missing-parcel investigation with them.
As part of their process, they require a sworn statement, where you confirm that the parcel hasn’t been received. Once that step is completed, we can move forward within the courier’s rules and get the case resolved.
We really want to help you in this frustrating situation, and we’re following the case as soon as we have what we need from the courier.
