Ordered a bearing online, super easy.

I returned a circlip set which was different to what their listing stated.
While they were in the wrong I didn't get my postage for sending such back to them refunded despite their policy saying I should.
Their prices are very good for bearings but poor for anything else. Thus best only buy bearings from them.
Still Waiting for my order, contacted them and after n email stating they will look into it been ignored ever since, ripped me off for over £100 scammers

Do not use this firm! I did make a mistake in my order but was noted and a chang requested before an hour. I was told These belts are processing already so now cannot be edited.
This order was placed online, so a new order for the correct belt would need to be placed by yourself and if you want to return the incorrect size when you receive it, please feel free to do so by downloading the attached returns form from our website, filling it in and sending back with the goods 😊
I requested again and was told
Its processing, so it cannot be changed, cancelled or edited.. These will be out for delivery for you with Royal Mail so will arrive with you next week."
No help was tried just to say i would have to make a new order. Customee service is zero!

Items Not in Stock - got put on 6 week backorder, pity the website doesn't say when stuff is out of stock.

Ordered at 2pm, item was with me next day. Order SKF Bearings which genuine and good quality.
Have bought several items from Bearing Boys over the last 12 months. The last 2 shipments have been disappointing. I was sent 2 bearings which were not boxed and the plastic bag not sealed - it had pin holes. I also ordered a small piece of Tufnol 6cm x 15cm on a next day service. It didnt arrive so I telephoned and was told it was too long and heavy for a next day service - REALLY? I was told it had been put on a 2/3 day delivery but the most annoying thing is that although I selected the next day option the delivery defaulted to the 2/3 day delivery during the checkout process. Apparently there is some small print in the item description on the website that I was suppposed to have seen which stated it was too heavy to go on a next day service. I send multiple packages out per day with couriers up to 50kg in weight - I dont believe that a piece of Tufnol 6cm x 15cm is too heavy - not pleased at all.
