Poor Customer Service

Placed an order for 6 jars of flavoured coffee, and opted to pay extra for an expedited delivery.
Received an e-mail, from Amazon, to say that my package was “undeliverable” (despite there being someone present to received at all times) and was advised to contact the seller.
Contacted the seller on the day after the package was actually due, and have received nothing but automated e-mail responses.
Still no idea if my order will be fulfilled, and I’m also out of pocket.
A particularly bad experience of absolutely zero help or consideration in the event that something, out with the customer’s control, has gone wrong.

I love beanies coffee

I love beanies coffee. All the flavours are amazing. Especially this time of year when my favourite flavour comes out. Candy cane flavour. Postage and packaging is always great and quick. I'm a life long customer of beanies.

Delivery was poor.

Ordered 6 jars but when they were delivered one was completely smashed.
The parcel was also left on the doorstep as no one was home even though the instructions were left to leave with any neighbour.

Broken Jar

Packed very poorly, far too much space left, a jar broke in transit, all remaining jars sticky and covered in coffee and tiny shards of glass

Great all round

The communication from Beanies is great, they let you know when it is ready and who is delivering it. They make it so easy to find the Decaf coffee rather than scroll through page of regular coffee.

The variety of flavours is great, they have something for everyone. Maybe a few more Decaf flavours but other than that it's great
