I had ordered about 3 weeks ago and i do live in canada leading to the belt taking a tad bit longer, but no big deal wasn’t waiting that long. And I want to note that it does take 10-13 business days to get an invoice that your belt is on its way!!
Absolutely no defects and the belt is quite heavy compared to other designers. Wear with care!!!!!

Ordered the crystal black on black shades, they came terrible and the crystals were wonky, along with a stone that had fallen off. Sent back to have them fixed, they came back good, Except they came back with a scratch on the lens that wasn’t there before. Emailed them to let them know what a shitty business their running, and indeed is not luxury and or good long lasting quality, also never replied. Def not worth 140 bucks lol. Terrible…. Goodbye don’t order from them.
Reduced Product Quality & Bad Customer Service
I’ve made several purchases from BB Simon in the past without issue, but my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Around June of last year, I placed an order through a customer service rep for a dog collar and belt for my daughter. Within one week of wearing the belt, stones began to fall out. I let it slide at first, but more stones continued to fall. I reached out to customer service, and they offered to replace the stones. Instead, I asked them to send me the stones and the glue they recommended so I could repair it myself and avoid being without the product.
Fast forward to today — the entire buckle on the dog collar has fallen off, as if it wasn’t welded properly. Keep in mind, this collar is only used for special occasions, so it hasn’t been through any wear and tear. When I contacted BB Simon again, a rep named Marca told me I’d have to pay $25 for a replacement buckle plus shipping and handling. I explained that I’ve had nothing but issues with both products since I received them and that I still have the email chain detailing the problems from the start.
Marca dismissed my concerns and even claimed that what I purchased “wasn’t really a dog collar” but a modified belt. That’s simply not true — I ordered a dog collar through a rep, and BB Simon clearly offers collars on their website. She showed no interest in reviewing the email chain or acknowledging the poor quality I’ve experienced.
This isn’t just about the money — it’s about the principle. It’s been less than a year, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I’ve even posted a TikTok video showing my dog wearing the collar, but now I feel obligated to share my experience to warn others. I’ll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this level of service and quality is not what I expect from a brand like BB Simon. The belts are beautiful but their quality has gone down right along with their customer service. I have proven to be no problematic but now that there's an issue I can't fix for them - I get bad customer service. Can't be loyal to businesses these days. Wasn't looking for a refund just for the problem to get fixed considering I've emailed them with multiple problems on this order.

Everytime I call they just give me the run around "oh it takes time to make" but never actually speed up the process.

I wanted to order my son his very first BB Simon Belt. Although he's not even a pre-teen, he really wanted one to show off. I talked to the customer service person who assured me that they would be able to do this. They asked if he sags, which I admitted he does (I know, I know...). They then asked me to measure him where he sags so his belt will fit. I gave them the 25 inch measurement around the "sagged height," which is the middle of his thighs.
I ordered the size 28 as suggested. They sent their follow up text message 2 days later asking to confirm pants size and if he sags.
I responded back confirming that he does sag, but needs a size 28 belt (pants size 10-12) and to call me with any questions. They turned around and sent me a 34. It was way too big for him. When I called, they tried arguing that because he sags, he needs a bigger belt. No, I need the belt to hold his pants "up." What 8 year old would need a size 34 belt?!
Also, they shouldn't just add sizes to belts because you sag. Depending on how low the pants are worn, the measurements are going to be different. Sagging on the hips is much different than the thighs.
They sent me a shipping label to send back to the store. I sent it back via UPS, it was confirmed delivered, and they told me they will send me a new one. It's been 7 months and I am still trying to get a replacement belt sent. By this point, by the time we get it, he will need the 34.
I never got the belt
I ordered the belt in early December. As of today (1/18/24) it has not been delivered. At one point, it made it's way to our local distribution center, only to turn around and go back to LA. When I ask about it my only response is "be patient". Today I got an email saying "we show it was delivered and signed for". Umm. NO. According to the tracking number it was delivered 11 days ago but the tracking detail shows it only arrived in my city 2 days ago.
I have asked for proof of delivery AND a refund.

I own several of their belts. They are very unique- however; good luck trying to get through to customer service if you want to purchase a repair kit or crystal that has fallen off. They do not answer, or make it impossible to problem solve. It took forever for Emily Gonzalez to answer and then was not helpful. This is not the way to run a company with high end merchandise.

My son ordered a $600.00 belt from BB Simon. It showed up in a pink canister that terribly dented in and the belt buckle itself had 2+ inch scratch marks. So I contacted them and they sent a UPS Driver to pick it up. Now they are saying they never sent the label to have it picked up. But, UPS is confirming they did. So now my son has a $600.00 belt he can not ever wear. This communication with BB Simon reps has been going on since January 2023. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Took a long time to receive order, got the wrong belt. Still a cool belt but still not what I ordered.
Horrible customer service that doesn’t stand behind their products and fails to respond to customer inquiries.
Horrible customer service. I placed an order for a belt back in November, and after 5 weeks with no update as to when the item would ship I finally received it. No response from the emails I sent. Stupidly, I then placed an order for $1000, which included a $455 hoodie as a Xmas gift for my daughter. By January, after washing this hoodie just ONCE by hand, it was missing gems and looked horrible.
I reached out via email on Jan 3rd and didn’t receive a response until MARCH 20th! 3 months later… really? By the time they responded, the hoodie is unwearable after just 3 washes. They requested I send photos of the hoodie, which I did… and then to nobody’s surprise I have yet to receive a response.
This company couldn’t care less about their customers, ensuring quality products, or standing behind a defective product. Their refund policy is inflexible, there’s no way to ship a gift to another address, and I’ve sadly realized I paid a LOT of money for expensive JUNK.
Trash company with a trash ethical standard selling overpriced garbage to vulnerable populations.
