I still have not received this parcel…
I still have not received this parcel or a refund. I ordered it a week before Xmas an it was out for delivery with DPD. I received several updates that it was delivered to direct trunk? Haven’t a clue who that is, it changed every day that it was at the depot an then at the above named place. Then on the 31st December 2 weeks after the order it updated to say it was on its way back to brown bag. I have received no further update or refund. I’ve emailed them and heard nothing. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Apologies your order did not arrive as expected.
Unfortunately as we do not get any delivery updates once our parcels leave us, we were not aware of this problem. We are only made aware of any problems with deliveries once our customers let us know.
I can see you got in contact with us via email yesterday at 10:59pm, unfortunately as we are non-operational past 5pm we were not able to respond, all of our emails are typically responded to within working hours.
I have responded to your email to offer you either a replacement or refund for your order as it has been confirmed as delivered back to us this morning.

My parcel was not delivered correctly…
My parcel was not delivered correctly by the delivery driver , they company told me to contact the seller and ask for a refund as i didn’t get my parcel due to it being stollen . I’ve emailed brown bag clothing to explain what has happened , i have still not got a reply back and i’ve emailed several times and different emails . This was meant of been a christmas present and i’ve got no present or no money back
