I sent back 2 items of clothing
I sent back both items of clothing, on the 5th of January and was still billed my next clearway payment 2-3 days later. I have still yet to be refunded over 2 weeks after I sent them back recorded special delivery. So I know you received the goods back as I have an email explaining I have been refunded when infact you are still trying to charge me for the returned items through clearway which is outrageous. I will stay clear of this company and any brother apps yous/run aswell. I will make sure nobody I know buys from yous, nothing but a headache from the start of the purchase. Can yous please sort out my refund as I could really be doing with the money back, times are hard enough as it is.

Thank you for your feedback.
Apologies you haven't received your refund.
I can confirm your returned item was received by us on the 12th of January, and refunded the next working day on the 13th of January for the amount of £69.75.
Clear Pay refunds can take between 7-10 days to complete. Unfortunately once we have issued it on our end we don't have any control on how fast Clear Pay get the funds back to you as they are their own payment provider.
If you still have not received your refund you will need to get in contact with Clear Pay.

A smooth and hassle-free purchase
Immediately after making the purchase, I noticed that the store has a lot of negative opinions and I was devastated that I would also suffer negative consequences because of the purchase. Well, it turned out completely different. I received what I ordered extra ahead of time. I give the store a well-deserved 5 stars!!!

This company Is A Total scam. Lies After Lies
This company is a scam, I Ordered 2 Tracksuits For Over £100, instead they sent me a small blanket, which i returned, i chased them up for over 2 weeks, they told me that they checked the cameras and everything was packed and sent to me, and the investigation is now closed. I asked them for the footage and they never showed me it. Sent them many emails, and after 15 emails they send you one message. No refund was given and no replacement. This company is a total scam. Do not order from here. They are good at making up lies and excuses to put the blame back on there customers. This company never takes responsibility or blame, they always blame there customers. I am not happy at all. Never again . . .

Thank you for your feedback.
I can confirm a full missing item investigation was raised after you contacted us to confirm your items had not arrived.
During the investigation process you confirmed there was no damage to the parcel when it was received. This is supported by the delivery photo provided by the courier that shows the seal in tact with the label over it. The leopard print blanket you stated had been received is not our item and we do not sell these.
The CCTV footage of your parcel being packed was reviewed and it showed that both items were put inside your parcel, sealed and sent for dispatch. The footage has been sent to you and you confirmed before this review was posted that you had received and reviewed the footage in your latest email to us.
As our footage clearly shows the items in your parcel being packed, and there was no damage to the parcel when you received it and it was in the same packaging we sent it out in, the delivery has been deemed as complaint with all the items in there.
I apologise if this is not the outcome you desired.
