On time, pleasant staff, especially Lizzie the Optician who explained all the tests she was doing.

Popped in on speculation at lunch, to see if the optician could fix my wobbling arm (on my glasses!).
Reception colleague and optician incredibly helpful, credit to the firm.

Bayfields Opticians ensured that follow-up at a NHS clinic took place. Following eye laser treatment and eye test they explained the eye scan results clearly.

Everyone in the store was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help me trying to fix my current glasses (weird German arm attachment), and then had a really thorough and informative eye test - and then great advice on getting my new glasses

I cannot fault the service.

GRACEful WELCOME, instant service with a smile, problem sorted in no time at all

Lizzie is a confident creative member of staff (I don't know how to describe her formal role) We have been working for some time on how best to combine my use of specs and lenses. We both agreed that this time that we had cracked it - or rather she had.
She is also a good ambassador for your company v the rival chains. eg allowing more time for consultations.

As a long standing client for annual checkups there were no surprises. Staff are always welcoming, and procedures were clearly explained. Thank you.

Was told my glasses would be ready in a few days.Ten days later I called and was told there was a problem with one of the lenses and it would be chased up. Another week I had to call again and was given the same story and it would be another three days. My wife who went on the same day as me, her glasses were ready two or three days later. If you can make lenses in so quickly how come mine have taken over two weeks. I have paid over £400 for these glasses which compared to other companies is quite high. I expected a much better service from a company I have been with for nearly twenty years.
