My special thanks to Eliza for her friendly, professional , excellen help in choosing my glasses. She truly went the extra mile to make me comfortable and sure about my final choice. Through the years I have visited many opticians in Staffordshire and Yorkshire but have never experienced such attention to detail, understanding and friendliness. I felt I was being helped by a great, knowledgable friend. Thank you Eliza.
Wish Bayfields were a bit cheaper but I suppose you get what you pay for - best service.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff. Just wish they could provide more information that we could take home to better understand the choices/differences between the products. It's all well saying go for what you can afford but we need to know what is different between them all as well as what is different from what is/has been tested.
