From the welcome on arrival to taking me to the door on departure the experience was superb. The fact that I was remembered was something missing in larger establishments. Kevin's friendly, careful and unhurried examination and Lena's attention to my current spectacles all contributed to this.

I only popped in to get some sunglasses & the two ladies in there were so friendly and helpful. They helped me choose the right sunglasses and made sure they were fitted correctly. All in all, excellent customer service.

I was spotted approaching the premises with my walking aid and the door was opened for me, which was very helpful. I was a little early for my appointment and had expected to wait, but was seen straightaway by the audiologist in his very compact cupboard. My hearing was tested and my hearing aids adjusted. It was a relaxed, pleasant experience.
