Had an allergy to recommend eye lotion , appologised and gave a replacement/ alternative lotion,even though he wasn't to know I would be allergic.

Brilliant. I have now got an appointment with the hospital within the same month. I would say that Hussain Moortasa went above and beyond his duties.
