Great personal yet professional service, my only niggle is the time it takes to receive new contact lenses after ordering and choosing Express Delivery.

The audiologist was very helpful and amongst other things suggested using an alternative sleeve for r.I.c.
You did not receive a perfect score because he attached one of the sleeves incorrectly and it remained in my ear when I removed the hearing aid that night. Fortunately it was easily removed with a pair of tweezers.
