I am 90 years old. I recently went for ear wax removal at Bayfields in Oxted. I received excellent service. I was treated with kindness and courtesy. I highly recommend the staff in the Oxted branch. Thank you

Where are my hearing aids?
The audiologist said he was sending my hearing aids back because of software problems in February. He gave me temporary ones. I am still waiting FOUR months later in spite of telephoning three times and being assured by the (blameless) receptionist that things were in hand. I am not impressed.

I’ve used Bayfields for over 40 years…
I’ve used Bayfields for over 40 years and have never felt any reason to not be happy
However I just needed some updated reading g glasses and I had my own frames bought from Bayfields and only used for a few days while I was waiting g for a cataract op and the cost was £245 !!!!
I kept checking the price and I don’t understand how the cost was so astronomical !!!
Very concerned !!!
