I have damaged my spectacles. I need them replaced.
The person I spoke to was very sympathetic.
My prescription and record of my frames was with Bayfield's. They could put an order through. Which meant I didnt have to go in to the opticians.

Very efficient, on time and on Budget.

Cynthia was very friendly and helpful with the wax in my ears being removed with the minimum of fuss

All of the staff were so friendly from the moment I walked through the door. The trainee optometrist was very thorough and didn't rush through any of the checks that she needed to do.

The staff are so efficient and friendly offering a great service.

Have been with them for years and most of the staff are very friendly. While the options of children’s glasses are very limited, especially very few free NHS glasses so you have to pay extra for a pair). I did struggle a few times whether to go to another optician.

Such friendly staff, whoever you speak to or deal with. Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable.

After many years of having eye tests and new glasses elsewhere I was told by my wife to go to Bayfields.
There I found the staff excellent and I had the most comprehensive eye test I have ever had. It was the best experience from the receptionist to the optician and onto the fitting specialist who helped me select my new glasses. A five star service throughout.

From my eye test and identifying my stigmatism had changed and the very early stages of a cataract to the choosing of new glasses and the connect membership. Very happy with all the services. Thank you everyone.

Ope was patient, helpful and gave useful advice when Zi was choosing frames for my new glasses.

The optician was very friendly. My son had an eye test and scan and she explained what the scan looks for and then showed us the scan on the screen. Very professional service.

You are not rushed and they are very polite

My annual eye examination was carried out by experienced professionals and included various scans. As always the service was excellent and the staff friendly & helpful. Well done team!!
