I did feel that there was tremendous attention to detail and there was no desire to sell me anything unless it was spot on - they even said no to a few of my suggestions.

A good opticians
I have been going to this opticians for many years and also since it became part of Bayfields. The staff are all lovely. They have provided me with many pairs of new spectacles and dealt with any issues satisfactorily over the years. The eye test is very detailed and I also have extras like photographs of my eyes if I wish.

The staff all have a very pleasant and professional manner when you go for your appointments in both hearing and eyesight. The atmosphere is relaxed but also very efficient and reassuring and you really feel that you are in very safe and knowledgeable hands. I saw both Cynthia and Jennifer recently and would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends who might need their help.
