My optician was a delight. So professional but fun to be with also.

The Optometrist, whose name is Nicky I think, had a very professional and pleasant manner, she explained very clearly everything I needed to know throughout my appointment, and made the referral necessary, and for which I have since chosen the hospital I will attend, my thanks to all concerned on the day.

Excellent service from the Macclesfield branch. Both from the optician and th lovely lady who helped me choose my glasses. I did not feel rushed at all. They even serve you tea. I will not go to another optician now and I will definitely recommend.

The most thorough sight test I have ever had (this comes from a retired optometrist). Melissa explained every part of the sight test clearly and ensured that all equipment was cleaned before using.
The sight test did not feel rushed, and I felt I had time to ask questions.
