I have had a few problems with my vertigo and not so good at seeing out of my right eye, but this was all put to rest by my in depth eye exam

I was very happy with Isabel's professional care. The optical advisor Sonja, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helped me choose the right glasses.

I have been taken very good care of in both my recent eye examinations & in choosing my frames for my next pair of glasses. I was given plenty of help & advice, making the whole experience much easier & enjoyable.

The staff are always so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them, lovely coffee machine for customers.

Service very friendly and efficient. I don't think the range of frames is as nice as when it was Cottam and Glaister. I struggled to find some frames I was happy with, and the total cost seemed extremely expensive

Excellent comprehensive eye examination by a very knowledgeable Optometrist. Explained in detail regards the condition of my eyes. Very precise & through. Would highly recommend. Friendly service too.

Kelly, the optician was what made this visit so good. She is professional but kind. She took time to explain issues to me and though the visit took over the allotted time, she took a big chunk out of her lunch hour to ensure the best was done for me.

Excellent service provided by all the staff, especially Kelly, who carried out a thorough examination of my eyes in a friendly and very professional manner, and also Sonja, who efficiently carried out all the follow-up procedures, including helping with the choosing and fitting of new glasses frames. Whenever I visit Bayfield everyone is very helpful friendly. I saw Kelly for my eye test and she was very professional and explained everything.

From the moment I was greeted by smiling Sonja to the expert adjustments she made to my new glasses, having been delivered a full week earlier than anticipated, my experience was nothing less than excellent! Thank you.
