Great service

Check when you book any charges as I am over 60, but was charged £39 for my eye test including glaucoma and macular degeneration. I wasn’t told until the end of the tests. Apart from this is was happy with the service but I won’t be a future customer as other opticians do not charge.

We are so lucky to have a company like Bayfields in our village, their staff are excellent, it starts from the moment you walk through their door with the welcome you receive, and they have a wonderful selection of frames to choose from.

Excellent opticians. Very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Always leave feeling satisfied with expertise of testing / fitting etc.

Friendly helpful staff that gave great advice and did not pressure me into buying the most expensive of the products on offer.
Would recommend there services to anyone.

Went for ear wax removal & have been left with Tinnitus in one ear .
Went back & was given a hearing test & was told : sorry if it gets any worse or troublesome tone my GP 😢

New glasses needed after eye test. Very helpful service in selecting frames etc. After ordering only took 6 days before the text advising they had been received.
Very good end to end service as has been received at this Opticians’s for many years.

I felt that I was very much treated as a person.
My optician, Kanwaldeep Koona, was very kind and supportive throughout my eye examination. He explained the whole process as we went through the examination. The other staff at the branch were really kind and supportive as well ( I lost my husband in November and they knew him too, they were really kind and at this stage in my grieving that means a lot).
I can wholeheartedly recommend Bayfields in Lightwater to anyone requiring help with their vision.

The whole audiology to check and improve my heating status was excellent. The testing provided new clarity on on my hearing and the demo of the latest aids gave me a very good basis for my purchase.
