I met with an Audiologist called Paul. Paul made me feel at ease, and professionally explained that I would benefit from the use of hearing aids moving forward, following a hearing test that illustrated a deterioration in my hearing. I am 61 years of age.

Great, professional and friendly customer service. I found what I was looking for. Thanks to Kerry I've got the new and (finally) right prescription and Jaco gave me promptly the right glasses I was looking for. As I suspected the price defined the level and quality of the service provided.

Excellent, professional service
The optometrist, dispenser and reception staff at Bayfields (Eltham branch) were all highly professional, informative, patient and friendly. I was most definitely in good hands and not rushed throughout any aspect of my visit, in spite of my usual difficulty in choosing frames! I particularly enjoyed the more comprehensive eye test given now, and the fascinating explanation provided by the optometrist (Kerry). I am now the proud owner of a snazzy pair of prescription sunglasses!
