You have amazing staff at Egham,
Very professional. Ben is superb the optician there.

The Bayfields team in Egham have been superb. From helping me get urgent delivery of replacement glasses over Christmas (I stepped on and broke others), to remembering family members names, asking after them, assisting us through new decisions on glasses/ contacts they are the height of professionalism, attention to every detail and the most superb customer service.

Ben (optometrist) at Egham was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job doing full eye check for me and was very patient throughout the process. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to do an eye check or glasses to go Bayfield. Every penny spent is worth it!

I have been using Bayfield Opticians & Audologist in Egham for last then years. Excellent company and customer service. I highly recommend them.

Both my wife and I have used Alison, optician, for our eye checks for a long time, very accurate and professional and a very pleasant person! We also usually obtain our glasses from this practise, because we have never had any problems with accuracy!

The staff were polite and helpful; especially Chelsey. The communication was prompt and effective. I got a confirmation text for my appointment. I also got an email to follow up my visit. When I put a question in my email, I got an immediate call back to answer my enquiry. I also got immediate response when I wrote an email to make a complaint. The staff were patient and understanding; the money back guarantee was effective.
However, I am not very sure of the substantive professional service because it appears my prescription was not right. But then I have had hay fever and it is affecting my vision.
I will likely be back for another test by the end of the year.
