The system works well if it’s set correctly. Mine was operating without the option to stop a false alarm for a few months. After a frustrating phone assistant whose advice made no difference, I did get the help needed and it was set correctly.
Generally it works fine, but I have suggestions:
Buttons are too easily pushed. I have only experienced false alarms, and too frequent alarms; having only one alarm box makes it difficult to get to it to cancel, and at times I don’t even hear it from another room; the button in the wrist band falls out and too difficult to put back in for me.

I’ve had bay alarm for over a year and…
I’ve had bay alarm for over a year and I’ve never had one bit of trouble with it. They always reply very politely and are very friendly when I do my tests. And when there was an instance where somehow an alarm went through without me, pushing on it or anything and they contacted me and we were able to clear up the problem. The cost of Bay alarm is very worthwhile for my peace of mind and my families, peace of mind. It is also very reasonable.

Bay Alarm Medical is an Excellent Option
I used my Bay Alarm Medical Equipment for five years after a serious health issue in late 2020. Fortunately I did not have a need for assistance in the past five years but I always knew they were a button away. I am switching now to a smaller gps device with another company but can continue to highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical for those seniors who might be housebound or who live alone.

I had a technical issue with logging…
I had a technical issue with logging into my online account. The customer service representative, Mary, was extremely professional, courteous and pleasant. The only reason i didn't give it five stars, is the issue has not been resolved yet. But has been escalated to the IT department.

Austin did a wonderful job. He made sure we understood how to test our equipment monthly and discussed various options available.
Great service, equipment was disappointing
My 84 year old mom was reluctant to embrace the need to have this device but she agreed to a 15 day trial. Customer service was great, but the equipment was disappointing.
When testing, the dispatchers voice over the box was VERY LOUD and garbled. The sound quality was horrible. We could not understand what the dispatcher was saying. Also, my mom has a weak voice (lifetime smoker) and she keeps the TV on 24 hours a day, so the dispatcher could not hear her. She was sitting only 8 feet away from the box but the TV completely drowned out her voice.
The only way mom could communicate with the dispatcher in an emergency would be to turn off the TV (not gonna happen) collapse within 10 feet of the box (unlikely), and shout as loud as she could. So what's the point?
If the person using the technology is open to wearing a smartwatch, they can talk to the dispatcher through the smartwatch. That would have solved my mom's problem, but mom was not open to learning new technology (she does not even have a cell phone).
By the time we finished several rounds of testing, mom was angry and resented the invasion of this equipment into her home. Sigh. I sent it all back.
