Bathroom2u.com Recensioni

One of the most user friendly e shop, knowledgeable no fuss and gave a delivery promise that was adhered to. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a new hose for my shower and I wasn't sure which hose would work with my system. It was late in the day and the lady in customer services said she would contect Tri Mercati for me in the morning and would then contact me. Which she did and the correct hose was delivered the next morning. So super service, I would happily use them again should I need anything in bathrooms and I will tell my friends if they need anything for bathrooms

Very helpful staff who did their very best to get our taps asap. All delivered when promised and good price. Would definitely use again. Thanks

Easy order process, items in stock, ordered on the Thursday for a Tuesday delivery, options to re-arrange delivery up to the day before and then communicated an hour slot when the items would be delivered and guess what - they arrived in that hour window - fantastic service highly recommended.

After researching several online sites I found this one to be the cheaper out of all of them - would definitely buy from them again. Service and product found to be first class.

Hi I have ordered a couple of things recently and with no problems, they have delivered
next day which has resulted in our bathroom not being delayed in any way, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of updating there bathroom.

I would definetly recommend them to my friends , had no problem with my order and delivery was very quick

Great service, fast, helpful with delivery on , sorted problem with damaged item straight away with no fuse, gets them a big tick in the box. Would recommend them to any one, will look to use them again.

If you need any bathroom accessories Bathroom2u.com is the place to go. We did have a problem with the quality of a previous order but they were replaced without any fuss, so we added to our order and it was delivered very rapidly with great communication all the way.

This must be about as good as it gets. Highly recommended.

I was able to purchase a tap ( what I call a hopital tap, monobloc with an extra long lever) at half price to what other people wanted. Delivery was good and I could change where I wanted delivered if circumstances changed once the parcl was on it's way. Very pleased!!

very helpful customer service rep for my requirements and speedy delivery

After getting burned with another bathroom company I went to Bathroom2u.com and couldn't have been more different.
Pleasant , helpfully, honest, just couldn't do enough to help.
Quick efficient deliver and great products. I couldn't recommend them enough.
Thank you, I shall definately be back.

After being let down by another bathroom company, Bathrooms2U helped by supplying the item in a very short lead time and at a very competetive price. Would not hesitate to recommend to others or to use again ourselves

The service was very quick and I was kept informed at every stage. The website was very easy to view and I am very pleased with the goods. Having just had a VERY bad experience buying bathroom items via the internet it was a relief to get what I asked for in a very timely and proffesional manner.

Was very happy with the customer service and the speed my shower head arrived

I would recommend anyone to use your website, the way the order was handled couldn't be improved, thanks for being so helpful

I Had a problem finding an Item locally when restyling the bathroom, found what I wanted at Bathroom2u.com, ordered on line and the item was delivered exactly on time and in perfect condition.
I will go to their web site 1st when I need to purchase any further Items

After having my wet room fitted by a plumber I struggled to find a wet trap for my drain.
I called a lady at bathrooms to you who listened to my needs and sent a wet trap which, when it arrived, wasn't correct.
After taking a photo of what I needed and emailing to the customer service team the correct one arrived in two days...no extra charge! Thank you so much

I recommend Bathroom Heaven without reservation. Everyone with whom I dealt was friendly, responsive and informative;the range of products is splendid and keenly priced in relation to high quality and design. The staff on the delivery end of the company kept in constant touch in terms of the progress of my order and the time of its arrival within a two hour time slot - no waiting all day for an order which arrives at 5.30pm with Bathroom Heaven! All in all ,a 'divine' experience.

Bathroom2u.com had the items I needed at the price I wanted to pay, delivered to my door. I was kept informed of delivery times.

Could not ask for better.
