The water has stayed out which is great. However, most of the concrete cracked right away before I even used the garage. For the price, I wouldn't expect this type of work.

Our basement is dry, and the company guarantees to keep it dry.

We got the EZ Breathe system in our basement! No more mold and its so much easier for me to work down there and I have severe asthma.

We had to call this company back 6 times to fix the water management system in our basement. We had to have service for several spacer areas that still held water in them. The spacers had to be removed and the system installed. We started this entire project early May 2016 and it was not until mid-October 2016 did the work actually get completed correctly. Had water under the window in a spacer area that had to be redone/we had another spot where water was in a stud and that to be redone. Finally, we had to remove our basement stairs because the first crew did not tell us to get the stairs removed prior to their arrival to do the entire job. Actually they never told us to remove anything until they came back for the final repair this past weekend. All in all the service manager and customer service people in the office held the completion up of this job forever. Basically, we paid the entire bill upfront and then we were held ransom for service/repairs to be made. The water management system does work but this was a painful experience. We could not start reconstruction on our basement because of all of the hold ups. It should not take months for service repairs on a job that was not completed correctly the first time.

Did a awesome job taking care of my crawlspace issues. What was supposed to be a 3 day job was done in one with large crew on site. Thanks!!!

Found five areas that I am not happy with.

We always worry when we face major projects for the home. If all projects went as smoothly as mine with Mid-Atlantic the need for Prozac would dry up.... :)

Very qualified people doing a great job! They explain everything they will do and how long it will take. I was very pleased with the work the tech. did.

Came when they said they would, worked efficiently, explained step by step what they would do.

Workers were excellent, friendly and stayed on task. Have no idea how well the system will work since we have not had rain can not honestly state I can recommend the system.

We were very pleased with the service and follow-up Had some small problems and they worked to get it perfect and I never worry about a wet or water basement anymore. We should have had the work done many years ago. The one man who comes out to sign us up said one sentence that made me sign the contract. If you ever want to sell your home and you have a water problems, no bank or lending institution will consider the mortgage. Since I sold real estate for many years, I knew he was correct.

I really liked that the technicians were on time and worked efficiently. There was one small problem that was fixed within a week. I would recommend them to anyone.

The two gentlemen were very polite. I had a very large basement and these guys worked there butts off. My basement is dry, feels dry, and not musty. But then again it has not rained and we are in a drought. But I trust the system is going to work. We did have a storm that came though and down poured for about 15 minutes.... Both pumps were running I couldn't believe it. I almost cannot wait for winter and thaw to come to see how it works. The only issue I had which was not a big deal was the last day they finished was at 1:30am. I feed them dinner but they were held up at Home Depo in the morning getting more concrete. I am a totally understanding person and I get things happen so I was not upset. Just glad everything works!!

Very happy with the waterproofing. The guys did a quick and efficient job. Took just two days. Very friendly guys.

the workers busted their butt at my house. They did a great job and were done quicker than I expected. So far the cellar has been totally dry. Price was a little higher than I wanted to spend, but financing plan was a nice option. Would recommend them to any of my friends
