Nice and Clear Communication. I sold my second property with Barrington Homes and again they were diligent and helpful throughout the process. Damian and Kelly were very helpful, particularly with my pets being in the house on viewings. Thank you!
The experience from this agency, damian & kelly was as far below average one can get and I have dealt with quite a few in different countries.
To make an allegory, If you give this agency a pure Gold bar with official stamped marking on it to sell for you, they would market it as follows;
* The icon picture of the Advert would show the wrapping
* Description would say it is a rectangular object in bronze colour
* Pricing would be half that of the official Gold price
And in conclusion they would have a coffee break and wonder where they put the gold bar, is it in the back office ?
They are just letting other agents do the ground work and then they get a 2,5% co broking commission if another agent manage to make a deal.
Simply put, I would recommend another agency if you are serious about selling your property.
