Joshua and Lee were very helpful in my first export from Wales to NI since Brexit. They made the process easy, questions answered very promptly, good communication and the item arrived in time. I tried them out following 2 bad experiences in a row with my existing freight forwarder, and will now be using Barrington Freight going forward.

I'm so impressed with Barrington Freight. Simon was incredibly helpful and communicative during the whole process. This was my first time importing anything from another country and it was made so easy and painless thanks to Simon's excellent (and patient!) service.

Excellent Service
As a business, we've had a great experience dealing with Barrington Freight. Simon Poole is our contact there and nothing is too much effort - quotes are returned quickly, bookings take minimal time and the service/communication is great whilst the parcel/pallet is in transit to the destination.

First Time Shipper
Having a requirement to move some documentation from China to the UK, I contacted Barrington Freight for some assistance having never had to ship from the region before.
The response to my initial email was almost instant, and all subsequent interactions just as fast. They were knowledgeable and took time to explain the process.
I was kept informed throughout the process of what would be required and when, and the shipment was safely delivered to the office within a day of it being released from customs.
I could not fault Barrington at all and am very pleased with the service.

AS GOOD AS THEIR WORD, AND THATS IMPORTANT TO US!
HAVING USED MANY SHIPPERS TO IMPORT OUR GOODS FROM THE USA (NONE OUTSTANDING) I DECIDED THIS TIME TO HAVE A SEARCH AROUND TO SEE IF I COULD FIND A BETTER OPTION. I FOUND BARRINGTON FREIGHT AFTER EMAILING MANY OTHERS, SOME OF THEM (UPS,DHL,FEDEX) SIMPLY TOOK SO LONG TO CONTACT ME, THAT IT BECAME STUPID, SIMON AT BARRINGTON CAME BACK TO ME VIRTUALLY STRAIGHT AWAY WITH A VERY GOOD PRICE, ALSO GOOD SHIPPING TIMES. NOW A SERVICE IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE RESULTS, AND THEY WERE AS GOOD AS THEIR WORD. HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND THEM AND SIMON WILL BE THE FIRST PERSON WE GO TO NEXT TIME, WELL DONE!!

Highly Recommend
Fantastic team, did a complicated Medical airfrieght shipment from Shanghai, straight through customs, managed couple of hick ups our end really well. Saved us money and really quick on response. Simon and the team were 100% on point, will be using frequently, highly recommended.
