Barras Home Improvements Ltd Recensioni

Barras were recommended to us by a neighbour who had a new kitchen put in.
We had a utility room converted into shower room for our older parents
Great company and people.
Very helpful from the start of the project with detailed experience and knowledge of design, specifically for my older parents with mobility issues.
Design was great and has worked really well with grip handles and non-slip etc.
What was fantastic too, was that the people doing the install asked my dad where he would like things and at what height. So the shower room is tailor made for him.
They were really good people to have around too, everyone was lovely.
We had a few other jobs as well as this, the main one. All work was excellent and neat. The work area was cleaned up at the end of every day.
There were no delays and jobs were done on the days pre-arranged. Good communication and invoicing.
Thank you Barras :)

The service and advice you all provided from the day we walked into the store was excellent. You listened and answered all our questions honestly, never pressurised us and always guided us to make the right decisions. Once the worked was booked in the whole project ran like clock work and the 5 weeks flew by. The fitters were professional, very experienced and never let us down. They are a great credit to your company. We are so glad we picked Barras again. We had a dream ...and you helped to make it come true. We love our new kitchen! Thank you so very much for everything.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown from our very first visit to Barras Home Improvements and meeting John Spencer, family and staff at the showroom and until completion (and afterwards). of our project.
With the whole project being managed by Barras the standards of work in all areas of the project, from supply of a complete new kitchen/diner along with a completely new downstairs toilet and shower, was to a very high standard throughout.
The friendly family/staff who worked on the project for Barras helped us get through what was a tremendously difficult period of upheaval.
There is no doubt that without the guidance, advice, design and full inclusion with all matters (including biscuit choice), we would not have had the kitchen/diner and downstairs toilet/shower room we had dreamed of to help us through our later years.
Thank you so much, John, James, Andrew, Gary, Matt, Andy, Steve, Martin and all others concerned.

A great service from start to finish We were given excellent advice and product choice to take into account my mother’s limited mobility. The fitters worked extremely hard to complete the job within a tight timescale and kept us updated throughout the work. The finished shower room meets all our requirements.

Having searched for a company to manage all trades and provide excellent service. I recommend Barras Home Improvements. We decided to have a bathroom overall and discussed our needs with John. After a visit to our home, we identify what we required, we were provided with a full CAD view by James of our project and a full costing package. Gary was the project manager who kept us updated with progress. The team consisted of employed trades, structural removers, plasterer, tiler, plumber, cabinet fitter and electrician. All trades working in unison managed by Gary. Thanks for providing a stress-free installation.

Absolutely brilliant will highly recommend John and Gary went out there way to get the kitchen done quick for us , the boys fitting were fantastic. Such a friendly and understanding team and the kitchen is fantastic looks great did a brilliant job.
Thank you so much

I visited their showroom recently for a bathroom refurb. John was very kind and helpful and showed us around. We were given a catalogue to choose the items and ordered and selected a date for installation over email. On the day of the installation the fitter experienced some trouble due to an issue with our stop tap. Gary was called over and was very understanding of the situation. It took a few weeks for the stop tap issue to be solved with our plumber but the Barras team were very patient during this time. When we finally got the stop tap fixed a new installation date was decided very fast. Quality of products and the work is excellent. Our best experience with any refurb work so far. Completely recommend Barras for all home improvement works and hope to work with them again in the future for a WC and kitchen refurb.

We have just recently had our bathroom completed. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Starting in the showroom very helpful, friendly nothing was to much trouble and have advise when we asked. The fitter, tiler, plasterer, electrician and plummer we all very polite and got on with the job in hand cleaned up as they went along. One of the days was the hottest day of the year but they carried on deserved a medal. We are very happy with the work looks lovely and would recommend the company to anyone if asked. Excellent workmenship.

Barras have completed a few jobs for us, from small to large. They are the ultimate professionals, from excellent customer service to quality workmanship. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the kitchen and all small problems were dealt with quickly and professionally.
All the fitters were very friendly and the workmanship was to a high standard.

Great service as always from James and Team. Steve the fitter is very efficient and tidy. A job well done

Excellent job!
Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and we would like to thank all the team involved.
Excellent customer service and professionalism throughout the process.
From the moment we walked into the showroom to completion of the job, James with his 3D plan on the computer, John with his expertise, Gary for managing our project and Steve who did a excellent job from dismantling our kitchen to fitting and everyone else involved.
We were always kept informed on what was happening each day and all the team are very friendly.
All the work carried out was done to a very high standard.

We would highly recommend Barras Home Improvements.

A very good quality kitchen that was expertly fitted by a variety of tradesmen.
The good thing with buying off a smaller company like Barras is that if you have any issues you talk to them direct, not a call center, and they action it straight away

Very pleased with kitchen …. Very informative before we ordered kitchen and then the 2 fitters worked very hard and did a good job. Highly recommend this family run business.

good job done although it overran by a couple of days. thank you

I found Barras Home Improvements extremely helpful and very clear - they do what they say!! They were honest about the likely delivery time, and it was refreshing to be told "oh, yes, Mrs Beech, I know all about your order" when I rang up several weeks after placing the order. I was impressed by how quickly the machine was delivered to us and fitted once it had been delivered to the shop. I would certainly go to them again for similar purchases.

Great service all round. Cannot fault Barras Home Improvements in any way.

The whole team are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Looking forward to using them again on our next project.

We had our kitchen done by Barras home improvements. We would like to thank all the team involved. Every individual were very polite and professional. Loving my new kitchen and thanks again to everyone involved. So happy. Thanks Gary and team.

This family business go above and beyond to make sure the customer has exactly want they want. They offer a very professional service, there are no pushy salespeople they work with you to offer the best solutions possible. The fitters are very experienced and extremely polite. I would definitely recommend them.

We approached Barras Home Improvements to help us with the delivery of a large renovation project, for our Client in Warwick. From the very beginning, their support to both us and our Clients has been fantastic.

We were very keen to find a partner who could not only deliver on the required design detail, but one that we could trust, exchange expertise with and above all, one who could remain Client focused throughout all aspects of the process. Prior to instruction, we found their reviews from previous customers very reassuring and the process since has only proved that they were the right choice for this project.

Step by step we looked after our Clients together. As the layers of the property are peeled back, there is often a challenge or two to address and overcome, which as a result of careful design planning and close communication, we moved forward in a timely manner.

Our Clients are very happy with the partnership created and the team effort from Barras throughout delivery, working in and around the Covid challenges that arose. As we are, they are delighted with the improvements made and we look forward to working together again, on similar projects in Warwickshire in future.
