Very professional and friendly company
I had dealings with everyone at Barney estates. What seemed a very straight forward business move turned out to be very complicated due to old historic obstacles. Miles especially was very professional and dealt with a very confusing situation in the best way he could, unfortunately a deal couldn’t be done this time but a deal in the future will happen and I strongly recommend this company.

Land sale
Elliot, Miles and Amiee the MD were superb, always called me back when they said they would and always delivered a great service.
I would 💯% use them again all day long they are professional and get the job done.

Can't fault the service I have…
Can't fault the service I have received, purchased some land previously and returned to purchase another this week. A simple process that has allowed me to grow my business in recent months. If your looking for land for a business that operates outside then I would recommend speaking to Barney, especially Miles and Amiee. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Really impressed, smooth process
I had a smooth experience buying via auction. The team explained the whole process and were on hand to answer any questions. All in all I was really impressed.

Deception in connection with property purchase
I agreed to purchase a site comprising several commercial units. My offer was for the whole site only. I made this very clear to the lady at Barney Estates. When I received the mandate giving authority to exchange contracts, I queried the wording, ie Lot 2. The lady assured me that I was purchasing the whole site and to ignore the misleading wording. Unbeknown to me, one third of the site had already been sold ; yet I was being asked for the whole site purchase price.
I exchanged contracts and paid a deposit. I feel that I was coerced into making a hasty deposit payment through deceipt, misleading and mis information.
Barney Estates are operating a sophisticated scam and obtaining money by deception.

1. They sold me a land locked plot that is valued at null.
They ignored all significant questions related to legal access way and start passing you to new colleagues.
It's a very serious situation.

Thanks you for your email - to confirm to your points
1) You were provided with a land registry compliant plan that i to scale with sizes - im not sure how this could be 8% smaller - 8% smaller than what?
2) we dont provide AP1 forms - we are the auction house, not the sellers solicitors?
3) This is not true - we cannot provide other buyers details without their permission - it would be a GDPR breach if we did.
4) All land has sold - we have no further land on the market?
5) This is not possible! We were instructed to sell the land in parcels by the seller.
Perhaps you could call me when possible to go through the above.

This is a company that facilitates in setting up misleading sales of land.
Please google 'This is Money Farmers and land owners warned to beware Country Land Conservation letters after plots are bought to protect wildlife then flipped and sold'
and see this company is linked at then bottom of the article, buyer be aware, very very aware.
