The Bank of Sydney mobile banking app needs improvement. It is hard for partially sighted customers to read the texts!!! Surely, they can make the texts bolder and bigger!!!

Stone Age Techhnology!
Need primitive transaction methods as slow as possible for everyone’s inconvenience?
LOOK NO FURTHER!
Bank of Sydney provides snail pace technology everyone will be genuinely baffled at! In the big 2025 they still haven’t implemented NPP like every other national bank and prefer “traditional methods” as if the Stone Age was last year.
It should be a policy all banks implement NPP so there’s no issues like you face with BoS.
It’s quite sad!

Abysmal IT service delivery to the customer. Despite a letter from BoS I cannot send a secure email from the website, it actions a push authorisation to my linked iPhone which then generates an error on the iPhone and website. I cannot view my linked account details. Poor user interface. Just appalling. An untested defective product.

The worst bank ever
I noticed an Everyday Saver Account had been opened without my knowledge so I rang them but as soon as I told them what had happened and they closed both of my accounts down for me without keeping me waiting on the phone.
