Awful company
If a 0-star option was available, that's what I would have selected. Banfield is known for its bill padding, and unprofessional attitude towards parting from their services. The Wellness program is 100% not worth the value. They pad the bill with excess charges, fees and inflated prices to make the usage amount double the plan rate. They add services that are not needed and treat your pets like numbers not pets. By doing this it allows them to charge you a cancelation fee if you decide to cancel your monthly service plan. This is a tricky scheme likely written by a lawyer to strong arm customers to either stay or pay to leave. This has been proven to be true over and over again. So much so that there are 3 class action lawsuits pending against their poor practices and negligence to the animals, I'll post the link at the bottom of this review. This is a company that values its dollars over its customers and ignores any real complaint at the highest levels about the poor practices. This shows an unwillingness to change for the better and see what the consumer truly is saying. This company is not interested in what you have to say, only what you're willing to pay. If you want your pets to be treated fairly, and you want to be treated like a human then please use caution before signing onto this wellness program. Look into smaller family-owned practices around your town.
