I have been going to Bandfield/Concord NH for 10 yrs. My female Doberman died Sat 7-30-22 and her 11 yr old brother is having the WORST anxiety. I called Bandfield this morning to get something for him to ease the terrible anxiety he is have because she is not here anymore. I had a virtual appointment scheduled for 3 today that got cancelled. I called Bandfied to see what happened and was told that there was an emergency and thats why it was scheduled. I understand that totally....but how about a phone call to tell me. NO...I had to call myself and find out the reason. Then I tryed to reschedule and am told there is nothing available until next week. MY DOG NEEDS HELP NOW...NOT NEXT WEEK. So..no one is available to talk to me... and NO ONE is available to prescribe something for my dog that has been going there for 10 yrs...AND...they know this dog. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I would NEVER bring another dog to Bandfield again...NEVER.
