I have been a Banfield wellness plan customer for obver 10 years with 3 pets in total. There quality and customer service has continued to decrease over the past several years. Most recently my dog what appeared to be an infection and I needed to be seen right away. I was offered an appointment almost a month away. When I explained the urgency I felt the matter was I was told well if you want something sooner I suggest you go somewhere else. She was extremely rude and condescending. I called around and was treated much more respectfully and urgently. Banfield ratio of wellness plan holders to vets continues to shrink, Too many customers and not enough vets.
