Good experience and quality shoes!
The shoe size guide was helpful in picking the exact fit my son needed. We received quick shipment and the product was packaged exceptionally well. The shoes arrived during thunderstorms and were still in brand new shape!
My only issue is the shipping options. We are on a very tight budget so when the marching band director said new shoes were to be ordered on our own for $50, it ended up being $80. That hits hard especially since my sons are growing at a quick rate and will need another size up before the end of the season.

The only thing I didn't. Like was the items I bought shipping from several locations so shipping was a lot more than I expected

The prices are ridiculous
The prices are ridiculous! $20 for basic shipping like come on you’re money hungry and taking it out on families who are just trying to support their kid’s interests

Haven’t Received what I Paid for
My silks and gloves got lost in delivery or something because my rifle arrived and my silks and gloves are nowhere to been seen nor have I got an email being able to watch their shipping progress. I paid gooood money for my equipment, so I would like my silks and gloves to get reordered so I can get what I damn paid for.

The order was significantly delayed
The order was significantly delayed. I ordered on July 25th and got the product on Sept. 1st. However, customer service was very good and responsive. The delay was due to the manufacturer having to wait on a part.
