I had ordered the round one for my daughter, but was accidentally sent the one more squared off. It is her Christmas present. She knew she was getting it and she picked it out. Brianna was prompt to address the issue for an exchange.
I wound up letting my daughter see it, having told her the mix up. She loved it and didn’t want to exchange it for the round one. The Mutiara is a beautiful bag. Much more so in person! I like the more colorful ones, but my daughter thought the color scheme of the Mutiara was more elegant and made her feel more grown up!

Not happy with this company
Not happy with this company. I received a bag as a gift and wanted to exchange it for a color that I’d use more. I tried to contact them but there is no phone number. When you use their contact form which says they’ll get back to you , they NEVER actually do. I’ve sent in multiple forms over the past 2.5 months and still haven’t received a single response. If you buy anything from this company you’d better love it as they do not provide any customer service whatsoever.

We would like to clarify that we did respond to your messages by email shortly after receiving them. Our first reply was sent on November 25, and when we did not hear back, we followed up again on December 2. In both emails, we asked which bag or color you would like to exchange for, as we needed to confirm availability due to limited inventory.
As a small independent brand, we currently handle customer service exclusively by email to ensure every request is properly tracked and answered. Occasionally, replies can unfortunately land in spam or promotions folders, which may explain why our messages were not seen.

Good Customer Service--Again!
While the Aman wallet was left out of my shipment (in spite of the delivery notification saying that it had been delivered), the company was very responsive in correcting the error. Mistakes happen ( they are rare), oh, well, but this is a small operation without sophisticated infrastructure, and they are very good about working to keep their customers happy.

The bags are great and a very unique design. The only flaw I can see, they need more inside storage pockets. I have 2 of the bags and love the design. Again, consider adding more internal storage pouches.
