I ordered linen trousers in 2 sizes. When I had a query on the return of one pair the staff were very helpful and my issue was dealt with promptly. I look forward to wearing the lovely trousers.

I love it here. The treatments are the best I’ve ever had and the staff professional and friendly. It’s such a welcoming and calm place. I feel completely rejuvenated and renewed after a visit. I’ve been to a lot of spas but this place is beyond that. It’s incredibly special. The treatments may seem expensive but once you’ve been you’ll see they are worth every penny and more!

Sadly the item concerned was not delivered on time by DPD. This was a birthday a gift for someone and so was disappointed.

My parcel exceeded all my expectations. The packaging was excellent and everything arrived beautifully presented. Although I’ve only been using the products for a couple of days, I’m already extremely impressed with the quality—they are among the best I’ve tried. Overall, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Bamford.

i have wanted the smallest Rose Geranium candle since last year's Chelsea Flower Show(!) but could not justify the cost. I looked again, even as a present for my birthday in early April. Since then, i saw this scent on their website, as incense sticks. I looked forward to getting these :) I could then not believe the size and fuss of ALL the packaging ..just for some insense sticks in a wooden box. I looked forward to lighting one. Ive had an email to review the product and happy to have the opportunity to write - that it smells NOTHING like the candle and my kids came downstairs complaining about the smell. Such a shame.

Delivered quickly, I had ordered my husband shower gel and body cream and I had made a mistake, so right away I ordered another two items and they were delivered the following day. Excellent service.

Used this product multiple times on Cathay Pacific’s flights however decided to buy a full size myself because it is too good in calming my dry skin and redness especially on flights!

We visited the farm shop when in the Cotswolds and I also ordered online. Service in both was excellent. I would say our wait for coffee was very long, around 15mins, and felt more staff were clearly needed. Their products are seriously wonderful and my sleep has hugely improved with their gorgeous pillow spray.

The website is great, everything is really easy to view and purchase. Speedy ordering and delivery as well, everything is well packaged in easily recycled materials. I loved the idea of a subscription. The cleanser itself is fantastic. I have mature, dry sensitive skin and I’ve had a really bad rosacea flare lately so trying a new product can be difficult under these circumstances. I really couldn’t be happier. Really superior product, lovely mild but fresh scent and the improvement in my skin has been a massive surprise. Love the fact that I’m buying from a sustainable British company. A massive success! I’m already a fan of the Geranium hand care range and will definitely be buying other products. I’m a relatively new and very happy convert to the Bamford brand after visiting the Cotswolds store last year.
