Balfe's Bikes - Dulwich Recensioni 

The only thing better than the bikes I've bought from Balfe's in East Dulwich is the delightful staff who work there! Helpful, charming, knowledgeable and thorough. They were recommended to me by a friend and I happily recommend them to you, dear reader.

When I woke up to find I'd got a flat tyre, I didn't expect that Balfe's would be able to fit in repairing this the same day, especially as it was a Sunday. But to my delight they did, and it was ready for me to collect in an hour or so. The cost was low and well worth it.

Went into Balfe’s East Dulwich this morning with a chain that had come off and got jammed. They took time to solve my issue and get me back on the road and in time for work. No charge but a few good jokes were exchanged- very lovely team here, they go beyond…… thank you so much

Greta customer service, Mark was excellent at helping me pick a replacement bike after mine was stolen. He and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after and got the bike and equipment I wanted.

I have shopped at Balfe's a few times now and have been impressed with the service each time. The staff cyclists are friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. There generally isn't a wide range of stock, in the Dulwich shop, yet that isn't a problem because you can order there wider range of stock on line and collect it. In my opinion it is easy and you get free advice on how to best use, maintain and fit the item.

Very helpful with sourcing new tyres for my bike and fitting them along with a new inner tube. Gave me an idea of cost at the start that was helpful and very happy with the result.

Staff are always very helpful and cheerful once you walk in. They promptly listen to what issues you have and provide solutions.

Such an exceptional service provided by Balfe's (East Dulwich). Yas first helped to fit a kids' mudguard (free of charge) and then to choose a new set for another bike, fitting these, too. In a world where everything seems to come at a cost, Yas and Balfe's really proved themselves a wonderful exception. Thanks again, guys!

I had my gears adjusted a few weeks after a service and Balfe’s did a great job. I called up in the morning and they let me come in straight away. An hour later the job was done. They couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, and even offered some advice on how to fine tune cable tension myself. There was no charge for this as I had the earlier service done at Balfes.

A couple of weeks later they helped me seat a very stubborn tubeless tyre, again at no notice and with a smile! This was especially helpful as I had a big ride planned the next day which I would otherwise have had to miss. Great service all round.
