I use Baked by Steph for any occasion… to cheer friends up, to celebrate birthdays and engagements, or to send a ‘just because’ present. Baked by Steph have it all! And what’s more, their biscuits are absolutely delicious!!

Their delivery is always very efficient and the packaging is lovely. I would recommend Baked by Steph to anyone! You won’t regret it!

Ordered a mystery Christmas box for £10 (biscuit boxes left over from Christmas), and I was very pleased with the product. Amazing quality, they looked incredible, tasted delicious, and very fast delivery!

Customer service was amazing, could not fault it! I had an unfortunate experience with my delivery where the parcel and biscuits were damaged. I sent an email and was given a response within 30 mins. They were able to send me another package that came on time and tasted delicious!! Really appreciated their service and quick turnaround. Would definitely buy from them again.

I found Baked by Steph on Instagram during lockdown and they very quickly became my go-to for personalised birthday and thank you gifts. When it came to us choosing our wedding cake baker during COVID where we wouldn't be able to try our cake, it only felt right to trust Baked by Steph since we'd been eating their cookies/gifting them to grateful friends so often already. They did such a stunning job at giving us the exact design that we wanted, and everybody loved it, it was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much!

Really happy with the order I placed recently! I ordered it slightly later than I should’ve but the order still arrived on the day I needed it. It looks amazing exactly what I’d hoped for and then some, couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend.

We have now ordered 3 times from Baked by Steph and each time the products and quality have been faultless. My daughter first discovered Baked by Steph and I received a beautifully decorated cookie for Mother's Day. I was so touched by the sentiment and by the quality of the iced product. Just delightful. Then we ordered macarons at Hallowe'en. Then things got a bit tricky as my daughter has an unusual allergy - chocolate! I contacted the company via their homepage and received a fast and informative response detailing the ingredients of each macaron and which ones would be suitable for my daughter to eat. Unlike some companies they were also willing to alter the contents of the box to suit my daughter so we would not have to worry. The same thing happened at Christmas - again superb customer service and care. Christmas had an added problem when the initial box of Macarons did not arrive. having failed several times to contact Royal Mail about this situation I contacted Baked by Steph for advice. Steph herself called me back within an hour or so to let me know that the relevant department was looking in to it for me and she would get back to me that afternoon! True enough Steph called me back a few hours later to say that they had not been able to discover anything so they were going to put a second box in the post with expedited delivery. Again the products were just amazing. Could not recommend this company enough for the cookies and macarons. Sadly we live outside London so are not able to sample the cakes but if the other products are anything to go by they will be out of this world!

I’ve made many orders with Baked By Steph and they’ve been amazing every time. The cookies are delicious and the macaron flavours are frankly mind-blowing. I love that they’re always thinking up new flavours and designs, and their personalisation options are endless. I’ve become a very lazy gift buyer as there’s something here for any occasion, and they’re always coming up with new hilarious popular culture cookie designs so I actually wish I had more excuses to buy. Also reasonably priced, couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Our experience with Baked by Steph was excellent, the cookies we received were lovely and something I would definitely order again - Although be sure to read the measurements as the image can be deceiving. Despite them going to extra measures to ensure the cookies arrive in one piece, mine arrived slightly broken. However I contacted the company, like stated on their website and within a few hours received a reply. They offered an option for a full refund or replacement as well as discount on my next order. This is something I was extremely pleased with as not many companies would offer this. Overall an excellent service. Thank you to Lucy for been extremely helpful.
