Great service
Great service. I needed to return my first choice beanbag as it was too small for my granddaughter. The adult size was sent out and the refund for the first order all completed within two days! So this company got me out of a hole and made it possible to give this birthday present on the right day. Thank you.
Great beanbag, good quality, nice lime green & comfy, she loves it!

Uncontactable to deal with problems.
Unfortunately one of the beanbags has a split. I reported it through their contact form on the website (says you will receive a response within 24 hours) and have had no reply. I have called numerous times and the phone has not been answered. Very disappointing.
