Quality control?
Delivery sound but product had the zip stitched in back to front, so you cannot even open the zip as it is on the inside. This is problematic given it was ordered for outdoor use and therefore will need to have cover removed to wash it. Quality control needs addressing.

Hello,
The trouble that you are experiencing is due to a safety feature that appears on all of our products. The first Zip is purposefully manufactured to be upside down as a safety precaution so that young children cannot access the filling inside of the beanbag. You can feel the head of the zip through the fabric on the base, so you are able to unzip it. It can be a little bit tricky at first.
I hope this clears up any confusion.
Thanks
Vibrant colour and easy to fill
The bean bag arrived when they said it would. It is exactly as advertised and easy to fill with the beans provided. It is a birthday gift but looks like it will be strong and good to use.

Great bean bag but only got 4 stars…
Great bean bag but only got 4 stars because it was smaller than I was told it would be and I had to put half the filling in myself. Having said that I suppose people would like to choose the amount of filling themselves.
Great bean bag though.

Very good quality. Bags came half full and extra beans in a separate bag. The easy fill zip on the extra bag is amazing no split beans. Just what I wanted for the garden

Very unproffesional
I ordered from this company and paid for express shipping but they shipped it standard I have proof the tracking number they sent me said standard international delivery not express and it took 3 weeks to arrive/ This was a gift for my girlfriend's birthday. You know the first thing their customer service said was we don't have an express shipping option.
So hilarious I had to send them a screenshot to prove to them that they offer this. Talk about unproffesional
