Communication was good. Ordered easily enough. Arrived when it said it would. Nothing to complain about. Excellent service. Would definitely use again.
Actual bean bag is a Xmas present so can’t give feedback on use, however appears sturdy enough.

Great company selling quality products. I ordered a teal velvet foot stool/pouffe. It is well made, lovely colour, luxurious fabric and a great size. I would definitely buy from them again.

The only thing I would say is that the outer material quality could be a bit softer and better.

Happy daughter
Our daughter now spends a lot of time on our new bean bag. We bought extra filling, but it's good even without that. Very happy.

Not Impressed.Took longer than I…
Not Impressed.Took longer than I expected to arrive and beanbag smaller than anticipated. I asked to return it and was offered a 10% discount or pay £9.99 for a returns label. I was not happy with either option.

Easy to order and arrived quickly
Easy to order and arrived quickly - so thank you. The bean bag is not as “stiff” as we had thought ( perhaps you need a descriptor that explains how “ stiff/full” it is).
Nevertheless, for the quality and price we’re very happy.
