I bought 2 death moth hoodies and 1 of those came imperfect, the right sleeve is longer than the left more than 2" (5cm) and I sent a text to ask them the next step to get a good product but they ignored my case. I spend $166 on imperfect cloth? Really BAD service and poor quality. Do not waste your money and your time on this store.

Ordered leggings and joggers. Both arrived quickly. Really awesome designs that I haven't seen similar on any other tattoo culture clothing websites. The joggers were too big but the returns form included made it super easy to request an exchange. Can't wait til they arrive. Only improvement would be to offer free returns... I can guarantee I would order more stuff if I had the reassurance that it would cost extra if I did need to return. Overall... good.

Ich habe bisher eine leichte Jacke, eine Bomberjacke, ein Sweatshirt sowie drei T-Shirts und einen Hoodie bei Bad Monday gekauft.
Die Designs sagen mir alle sehr zu, darum soll es hier aber nicht gehen. Stattdessen geht es um

Die Qualität der Produkte ist sehr gut. Man bekommt da nicht einfach bedruckte Drei-Euro-Shirts, sondern wirklich hochwertige Ware. Ich war bisher immer angenehm überrascht von der Qualität, alle Produkte, die ich bestellt habe, sind wirklich hochwertig und mindestens auf Zara-Niveau.

Die Bestellung verläuft unkompliziert. Alle gängigen Zahlungsweisen sind vorhanden und wenn man öfter bestellt, bekommt man auch mal einen Rabattcode.

Die Lieferung erfolgt normalerweise sehr zügig, fraglich ist, wie das nach dem Brexit weitergehen wird. Bisher habe ich, wenn ich etwa am Sonntag bestelle, die Produkte am Freitag oder Samstag bei mir zuhause (Wohne in Bayern). Über Weihnachten hatte ich den Hoodie bestellt, der hat zwei Wochen gedauert - verständlich. Man bekommt Updates per Mail und kann die Lieferung auf einer Trackingseite verfolgen („Package departed Bad Monday“, „package arrived at customs“, „package arrived at delivery partner“).

Den Support habe ich bisher einmal angeschrieben, ich habe mich erkundigt, ob ein T-shirt, das ich gerne gehabt hätte, noch verfügbar ist. Die Antwort kam innerhalb eines Tages und war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Die Preise sind absolut gerechtfertigt, ein T-Shirt kostet 10 bis 30 Euro, ein Sweatshirt 30 bis 40 Euro, Pullover 50 bis 70 Euro, die Jacken kosten um die 100 Euro. Das sind meiner Meinung nach normale Preise für die entsprechenden Kleidungsstücke. Wenn man die Qualität mit einbezieht, dann ist der Preis wirklich gut. Die Drucke sind hochwertig, der Stoff fühlt sich angenehm an, die Verarbeitung ist super, es wird mit Stickereien und nicht bloß mit Drucken gearbeitet.

Insgesamt bin ich also sehr zufrieden und kann Bad Monday nur weiterempfehlen. Ich bin wirklich froh, eine bezahlbare, schicke und auch hochwertige Marke gefunden zu haben. Und ich möchte dazu erwähnen: ich gehöre nicht zum üblichen Bad-Monday-Kundenkreis, bin nicht tätowiert, bin nicht so schrill - aber es gibt eben auch dezentere Produkte, Produkte auch für „normale“ Leute.

Absolute Empfehlung von mir!

Didn’t receive my order from weeks ago and I think it’s a scam as they refuse to give me a refund.

Last year I had ordered a set of leggings and sports bra. The fabric is too see through, so poor quality. Basically I cannot wear it anywhere except my home. Fail. A pity because the designs are nice

Good quality products, but always have to wait longer for delivery then is specified, if buying something as a gift definitely buy way in advance, but love there constant new designs and tattoo look

I ordered a women's bralet/sports bra in size 8 which was tiny! I'm usually an 8 and 34C so I returned for a size 12 which fit perfectly. They were very prompt at sending back my new requested size, only downside no free returns but it only cost me 80p to return so no complaints :)

Bad quality t shirts, print was obviously folded while still wet. Sent back at my own cost and they still charged me for the postage both ways. Avoid unless you like poor prints

Received my parcel within a week so no complaints, you can track where the parcel is by following a link supplied via email. Down side is ... I received the wrong Tee! some back and forth via email, the team member has arranged the correct tee to be dispatched- which I absolutely appreciate! The one complaint I have is I have to pay upfront to return the item which was an internal error to then be refunded the fee I incur. Quite concerning that customers need to pay out of their own pockets to return something that is absolutely not their fault! Please fix this!

Lieferung kommt in der Regel nach einer Woche an. Die Seite schickt einem regelmäßig Werbung per Email, mit teilweise nützlichen Rabattcodes. Die T-shirts fallen alle etwas groß aus und die Motive verlieren nach regelmäßigen Wäschen an Farbe. Qualität ist also okay. Motive stellt man sich in echt meistens bisschen cooler vor, also sie sehen auf den Bildern besser aus.

When I bought items from here id recently been scammed by a “social media brand” so I was very weary when buying, they say 1-3 days for delivery but my package came after a week which I didn’t mind due to the current pandemic but did make me worry.
They have good customer service and did keep me updated with emails mostly everyday. Would recommend but expect your delivery to be a few days late if you order during COVID-19

Very cool clothing brand with a heart for their costumers. Their fabrics are good quality wize and they have good, clean designs. The prints stay good even after washing 1+ year. You should keep an eye out for discounts, because they often have good sales! When I order from the Netherlands, the package is usually there within three business days.
