They don’t reply to emails, nothing can get sorted because they don’t reply.

Ordered items for Christmas in November, for the items end of January.

Completely crap.

After placing my order 6 weeks ago, it finally arrived this week. However, during that time I have emailed the company twice to cancel my order as I have placed an order elsewhere. I had no correspondence and the order arrived so now I have to pay for it to be sent back! Awful company, don’t use.

I placed an order on 15th December and it’s only just arrived, 5 weeks later! No communication from the company on the were abouts of the order or when it would be arriving, no reply to emails sent. Over priced and poorly organised.

Placed my order on the 18th Dec still not received my order. Had no response from many emails sent. This used to be a really good brand seems to have gone down hill such a shame.

Yeah, they indeed have big delays at the moment, but my order was delivered after 5 weeks. Received an answer on all my emails and they explained the situation
Hopefully they get the supply chain issues solved because the designs and shirts are great!

Ordered some clothes and a neckclace from badmonday 9th December Not only did my order not get shipped the items are not even available on the app anymore had no reply on email about getting a refund absolute waste of money and time, they shouldn’t be allowed to sell anything such a scam

I ordered some clothes for my son's Xmas present on the 12th of December it's now January 15th haven't heard a thing I spent over £140 on them I will never order from this company again no communication absolutely disgusting!!!!

Would rate you zero but I can’t.

Order submitted 3rd December. Auto response went out 15th December saying orders delayed until after Christmas due to black Friday with the offer of a £10 voucher
No updates since and no responses to the customer service email or £10 voucher (not that I would want to spend another penny with them). Still no goods 6 weeks later and over £100 down. Poorly managed business and they need to invest in their customer service! You can't leave customers without any updates.

Avoid this company if you want items delivered within a reasonable time frame, it’s taken over a month for Bad Monday to dispatch my item, I ordered on 5th dec for a Christmas present! I asked my bank to return the payment a few days ago as all that I was getting in customer service was a Ai response and somehow today it’s been dispatched.. what a joke!

Commande passée le 15 décembre, aucune nouvelle. Plusieurs mails et demande de remboursement : toujours pas de réponse.
Boutique qui n'a aucune éthique.

Pour encaisser l'argent pas de problème par contre ça leur prend moins de 24 heures.

Received the wrong t-shirt, sent emails but got no response. Previous order had different print on the t-shirt from what I order. Completely non-existent customer service. Will not order again.

I have ordered a few items for Christmas on December first. When 3 weeks later I had not received an email about a shipment or a tracking code, I sent Bad Monday an email. They stated that they were very busy (which they could have anticipated with the amount of ads they have) and that I would receive my order after Christmas. I could choose to still receive the order or to get my money back. I wish now I chose the last option. They mentioned in their email on 19/12 that they would send out my order the following week. Up until today I have no clue what is happening to my order. I emailed them again a week ago and I haven’t received an answer. I did however receive a £10 gift card that I will never use. People, please don’t be stupid like me and read reviews before you order at a webshop you’ve never ordered at before. For all I know I have lost €130 to absolutely nothing (besides that I keep telling my fiancé that his Christmas should be coming really soon, for real). The lack of customer service here is terrible.

Giving a 1 star rating is generous, if I could award 0 stars I would. This place is a joke! I’m still awaiting an order I placed a month ago, email sent asking for a refund and I’m still waiting.

I never get holes in my T-shirts, but I own 5 Bad Monday T-shirts and every single one has multiple holes. Absolotely shocking quality

Ordered December 1st.
Still no news to this day, December 29th.
At this point i gave up, customer service doesn't even bother to answer individually, if you complain, you'll get a general e-mail.
Avoid

Took my money on 2nd dec. Item not yet ready for dispatch. All sorts of requirements like contact them again and asking to various things to appease me for there problems. I’ve been as accepting as I can be. But I’m not a repeat customer because of this. And I would have been as the items look cool. But this sucks.. they got my money and taken a fair bit of my time chasing the items. No update on how long I need to wait .. it’s really sht.

I ordered a present on December 5th for a birthday 23rd December. It's yet to be shipped or any update its December 27th. I've sent multiple messages and emails and all have been ignored. I can't cancel my order or anything. They have my money and I have no product!

Sent an email enticing you to order before Christmas Day cut off - but still haven’t sent orders from Black Friday.

Then make an announcement that they’re behind after already accepting orders that people believed to be receiving them in time for Christmas.

This place has gone down hill.

We love bad Monday in our household, but after the shit show this year we will be looking for an alternative shop to spend our money!
