I ordered recently form this page I was really pleased everything came on time and together it only took 2-3 business days. Thank you so much for the free surprise gifts that were in the box. My only dislike was that I ordered 100 pieces of candy and they were so small!! not like it looked on the website was discouraged by this but overall my experience was great. So keep in mind if you order the 100 piece candies the size of the bag is a like M&M (brown rectangular) candy bag not a super size bag.

I ordered over $60 worth of items from this website for my sister's bachelorette party and NEVER received them! As most would know money is hard to come by these days so that was a lot of money gone down the drain so to speak. I emailed this company five time's and as well never received anything back. I also have called NUMBEROUS time's just for their phone to ring four time's and go to voice mail (yes I called so many time's that I knew exactly how it's set up). They say it's because they are busy with other customers but i've worked at enough call centers and have called enough business to know better. My mother of course reached someone with one call, all they could say about my package was that it had been shipped but 18 days since I had placed the order (just counting business days) I still have not saw it. So now I will have to place a last minute order through another place and hope to God this doesn't happen again.

Two weeks in advance of a party, I ordered a few small items from Bacheloretteparties.com on the 12th, with 3-5 shipping (business days). I called to inquire about the package on the 19th, and I was told that there is no guarantee that 3-5 day shipping would arrive in 3 to 5 days. I should wait until the 10th business day to call back. As such, I called back 27, and I was told that today was the 9th business day, and that I should call again tomorrow.

Justin -- the customer service rep that I spoke to each time, he must be the only one -- insisted that the problem was that I lived in an apartment building. Although I understood his skepticism, I receive at least one package a week just fine, and I tried to communicate that to him: Our postman leaves the packages in the building, there are less than a dozen of us that live here, no one would steal it, there is at least one package delivered everyday. I've NEVER had a problem. He then maintains that it is being held at my post office, without them informing me.

Justin said initially that he would either refund my money or overnight something to me; however, as we approached day 10, that story changed. He would ship something to me, but he refused to ship it to such an "unreliable address." Given that I would never get anything in time for the bachelorette party, I said I would prefer my money back. "No, you cannot have your money back!" was his strident response. It was at this point that he tried to tell me that today was not the 10th business day, and "don't tell me what I said yesterday, I said it, I should know."

So, in summary -- I have a bachelorette party tomorrow for which the bride will have no sash and the attendees no favors. Despite knowing about this problem DAYS in advance, I've received no assistance from Bachelorette Parties.com. And I'm $50 poorer.
