I haven’t used the car seat yet as not due till April so I was keen 😂 but only little thing was it took longer then I’d of liked (few weeks) but when I called up the women I talked to was nice,
So no issues so far

Absolutely fantastic. I'm not going to lie, I am astonished that our new pram has actually arrived! Usually you're told if you see something online that's too good to be true - well then it's too good to be true and it's a scam!

After reading all the good reviews, I decided to make the purchase and apprehensively took the "risk" which in fact was not a risk at all. Don't understand how they can make a profit at these costs.

Product arrived earlier than the 14 working days stated and use DPD.

Very poor experience trying to return an item I was charged 18 GBPs for the return which I feel is excessive. That is 10% of what I paid for the item. Disappointing.

This is a difficult review to write, because when I had contact with the Customer Service team at Babys-Mart they were very kind and mostly helpful.
The problem is that it was always me having to email them or phone them. The bundle I ordered ended up taking over 5 weeks to arrive, despite a stated lead time of 7-10 working days. Nobody from Babys-Mart got in contact to update me on the delay unless I phoned or emailed first which is just unacceptable in this day and age for an order just shy of £1000. I was repeatedly told part of the bundle was due in "any day now" which of course, it wasn't.
As I've said, the people I did speak to were quite lovely and keen to help but they just didn't have the information available to help, or they knew it would be a lot longer than stated and wanted to keep quiet about it.
The products themselves are great quality at a great price, the latter being the reason I bought from them. I was concerned the price was too good to be true and maybe this was a scam site, or selling on customer returns but that doesn't appear to be the case - they are just slow!

Found a cybex car seat on this website the cheapest I'd found online. It was here the following Wednesday (alot earlier then estimated) very happy with my purchase and delivery time. Would definitely babys mart again. Very happy customer.

Can’t lie I have never heard of Baby’s Mary before I ordered a car seat for my little one. Great customer service! Very friendly and professional. Will have a look at more products they sell for future reference.

before placing the order, the two men I spoke to on the phone were helpful with any questions I had. Our car seat was delivered quickly and easy to fit. The quality of the fabric and seat itself are beautiful, we opted for the artic mist grey.

Great service, high chair ordered on the Sunday and arrived on the Tuesday. Very pleased with purchase.

All items in the package/bundle arrived together. Slightly after stated delivery days, but answered all emails queries promptly.

Good price but took longer than advertised to arrive. Listing suggested 7-10 days and it took three weeks. They did respond to my emails asking what the delay was, also they did call to let me know that it had been despatched.
