Amazing quality statues
I had been looking for these Kaws statues for a very long time. I finally found some and was at first skeptical about ordering as they were quite expensive and was worried how they would arrive. Sasha was amazing the whole time and would respond to me every time I had a question. Mine were sent via ship to help protect them so took a little longer than normal but once I received them it was all worth while. The quality of the statues is absolutely incredible. They fit in the space so good and they were definitely worth the wait. I can’t thank Sasha enough for her hard work and assistance and will surely be getting more stuff in the very near future. I recommend anybody to purchase them as they fill the room with so much character.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I ordered a sofa from them. The delivery that BabiesDecor arranges is kerbside delivery in a pallet - yes, that's right: delivery on the road outside my house. Without any warning that this is the case (and I have double checked the terms and conditions on BabiesDecor website and their delivery policy which make no mention of this whatsoever despite what the reply says below), I was on my own when the pallet arrived and the delivery person refused to assist with bringing the sofa into my house as he said (and a manager at the delivery company confirmed this to me) BabiesDecor only pay for the pallet delivery kerbside. At no point was I told that it would be pallet delivery to on the road outside my house and that I needed someone else with me to carry the sofa into my house. The delivery firm did phone me the day before but there was no mention of the kerbside delivery and they also failed to give me a two hour slot on the day as they had promised. BabiesDecor say that they use delivery companies as DPD and FEDEX which was not true in this case at least. It is also necessary to dispose of a large pallet after delivery. At short notice, I was forced to pay a removal company to help me unload the sofa from the pallet and bring it into my house. It was expensive as it was a same day service (otherwise the pallet and sofa would have remained outside overnight) and there was no chance to shop around. Someone from the company did phone me on the day of the delivery after I complained but would not offer to reimburse me for the removal costs I had to pay and did not seem to understand the difficulties they placed me in. Absolutely shocking service. The sofa is also not particularly good quality with wrinkles on it and is not comfortable at all. PLEASE, PLEASE don't waste your money with this company.

While we primarily utilize FedEx and UPS for smaller items, we occasionally utilize other carriers for larger furniture deliveries.
Regarding the assistance with moving the sofa into your home, we understand the importance of clarity in such situations. For that reason you were called by courier a day before as you advised us yourself over the phone when our Manager Robin called. We encourage customers to communicate any specific delivery requirements or assistance needed directly with the courier when they called to ensure a smoother experience.
We regret that your experience with the sofa itself did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding the quality and comfort of the product is valuable to us and that is why everything is clearly showin when manufactured in the form of images like we shared the after production images.

Our wall lamps are designed to be professionally installed by an electrician to ensure safety and proper functionality as mentioned in emails we exchanged this is not a random person job to connect builtin wiring in a wall and for that an electrician is required. We always recommend consulting a qualified professional for installation to avoid any potential risks.

Please don't buy from this company. We purchased some wallpaper and the pattern does not line up. They told me that the product is not returnable as it was a bespoke size and that it is printed and cut from a full sheet. They told me to hire a professional wallpaper DIY person, of which I have informed them that it was a professional wallpaper hanger that I employed. There is no way that this product will line through. This company is based in china so no consumer rights acts will stand either. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

In reality it took a month to come, I had to pay an extra £22 pounds to customs to receive a very poor quality item, despite the website saying free delivery. Customer service terrible. Avoid like the PLAGUE
