If I could give it 0 stars I would, came in to a disgusting room and the staff wouldn’t do anything to fix it,the shower door was broken and no aeration in the bathroom which led to huge humidity problems, the balcón y door didnt close properly so our room was always cold( keep in mind we are in the múdele of the mountain). We spoke to the staff and Wenceslao learn es that thé hôtel Gad a history off bad salaries and fraudulent contracts ( I came in with a big group and every room was disgusting and had similar problems). But the worst part is that we cleaned the room and still they stole 70 € from us because they said it was not clean, not only did they do that but they keep the money until you have to leave to be sure you won’t have the time to negóciate to get your full money back. Now my question is if they don’t even use the money to pay someone to clean the rooms are they even allowed to do this?. Bref DONT COME HERE

During the sales process they take you through the RCI website and show you all the wonderful places you can go to. What they don't say is that you can never get a booking.....as there is no availability!!
The few places we have been to through RCI, the resorts are really very basic family apartments and in common places like Gran Canaria etc. By the time you pay the booking, flights etc. you may as well not bother giving any money to Azure and book your holidays directly.
Apart from that, the booking process is really difficult, you can hang on on the phone for ages to get hold of an agent.
Overall experience is frustrating and disappointing.
Don't waste your money
