Fantastic company to deal with can only highly recommend them. We have used this company a good few times . We got a Mezzaine put in(100% top class job) and also got shelving delivered yesterday. From the first phonecall everything was very professional down to the delivery with regular text updates of time of deliver etc. First class service .Thanks again for all your help. We had just moved into our new distribution centre in Dublin and were looking for storage and racking solutions to support our distribution model. Padraig and the team were a pleasure to deal with. They offered us a number of practical cost-effective solutions to ensure we maximised our warehouse footprint.
The scheduled delivery was on time. Their delivery driver was exceptional in his attitude, support and assistance. We bought some high bay pallet racking from Azil. From initial quote to install it was a great experience. Always very responsive and professional throughout the ordering process and the install team did a super job. Can't fault them.

We added some extra racking to our warehouse, the lads were able to figure out exactly what I needed from my sketch and the fitting team did a great job advising us as to the best positioning

We ordered work benches from AZIL. Needed slightly different sizing from their standard which was no problem. Delivered exactly when promised. To sum it up we got a hard to find item at a reasonable price and got it quickly. Can't fault any of our interactions from initial inquiry to delivery.

Having seen some unkind reviews for AZIL Racking & Shelving. I have to say my experience has been 100% positive after ordering two small Racking units at a very reasonable price and even more reasonable delivery price. I found emails to be very responsive from Tim who replied the next working day. What the company said to they did ringing the day before delivery to make sure it was fine to be delivered. Also on the day the delivery driver also called about 1 hour before dropping the Racking off with a 5 minute drop off time either way and arrived spot on the time stated all around a very helpful company with nice staff. Racking supplied to is in fantastic condition for used racking arrived as photos showed. Delivery was 15 days from order placement but given the Christmas rush on any good business that's very reasonable and really pleased with the company over all.

Don’t waste your time with this company. One week ago I ordered racking and was told Monday shouldn’t be a problem. Spoke to them later in week and Monday looked ok too.

I ring them today to check times and if I can pay the driver on delivery and suddenly it wasn’t getting delivered

Aidan and the rest of the team are a complete waste of time , they offered no resolution and seems like a cowboy outfit if I’m honest .

Do your research and check their other reviews , they are a comical operation to say the least

We’ve lost a ton of money today shutting down our business effectively as we’d had to move a lot of equipment to facilitate this delivery

I’m now going to the one place that seems to have a reputation which is Rack Zone , whether I pay a lot more money or not at least I know I’ll be looked after
