AXNT is whack. They run women's items for dirt cheap, but stop the show when they finally get a men's style to drive up the prices on them. I've seen tag prices on women's styles say like $5,000 and they have no problem running them rapidly for $20-$50, but then a men's style with the same tag price they go "now, here, is an absolute PREMIUM piece! We need to see this go into the $300's or we're not running any more" and that's exactly what they do. It will sell for $225 or something and then they go "okay, well, we're not running any more of those for now..."

It's comes off as super sexist and completely unfair. Why should the men have to dish out to make up for the women getting big deals?

I voiced this in a much more polite and understanding way on my last purchase I made from them on Whatnot when I rated my order. Even though I left them a 5 star rating, AXNT didn't like my criticism that I wrote along with the review and decided to block me on Whatnot.

I would not recommend them. Any company with any sort of backbone or interest in listening to their customer's would have at least just taken the advice/criticism and let it be. I was pretty shocked that they blocked me for leaving them a 5 star review lol.

I reported this to Whatnot because now it strikes me as actually being pretty slimy that they block customers that leave them anything other than a flawless review.

I don't trust them, and would never recommend again. If you want some great jewelry from a seller who will actually listen to you and take what you say into account, try JaysJewels.

I won 5 items in auction on tiktok. The items were a bargain, I got great prices. They lost my items and I requested replacements and all they offered was refunds. If I had bought something that was expensive and a deal on their part they would have shipped my items. I didn't eat the refund, I wanted my items that I won and paid for. Feel scammed. I've spent over $2k on tiktok and whatnot and they did nothing but refund me to make it right. I will never purchase from them again! They're are too many other options to screw a great customer!

Marketing geniuses! They sold me 3 Moissanite stones (as if they had some value comparable to diamonds) that were GRA certified, with stone quality ratings and all, you know color, cut, clarity, carat. They marketed them as having significant value, handled them as such, and packaged them following suit. I fell for it, as did many others.
I paid $201.52 once, $156.74, & $139.68 and later found out they are worthless. Gargantuan Greed, Brilliant marketing, and an uninformed customer. Lucky them.
And I'm not alone, many fought to bid up to those prices and many won other bids like myself and some taken for much more money.
Very embarrassing for me, but learn from my mistake and beware of this company.
Then there's the customer service, well non-existent customer service. So I'd advise you go in with eyes wide open.

BEWARE of AXNT. I have found myself in a situation where they state I ordered something, when I have not.
When shopping on Whatnot, AXNT has quality products with exorbitant prices. I consider myself a very knowledgeable Whatnot shopper now. I feel like I've been through everything you can imagine. I've had a few issues with AXNT and some have been resolved and most I'm still waiting for a resolution, or have not been resolved at all! . Those I have just given up on, to be honest. Currently, they did it again. I will never shop on AXNT again.
I VERY adamantly advise any customers to watch and learn before hastily swiping to purchase. The products that are being sold are gold filled and gold-plated. They are also moissanite stones. Not diamonds, although they pass the diamond test somehow. There's many ins and outs to be aware of. I think it's best to be educated and not act on impulse.
They state very clearly to bid responsibly. They do not like to cancel bids, but that is true of the whole platform. I'm going to warn you that if you want to cancel there is a very good chance you will not be able to. You have to be very very careful to watch the swipe bar amount because it changes so fast. You'll think the item is at $2 and you are going to bid $3 by swiping but actually someone changed their bid to $50 so the next swipe made increases to top that bid. You don't even realize it and you've bid way more than you expected. And probably more than you can even afford too. Currently I am waiting on a refund of over $130. But in actuality it should have been more than that. I gave up on the rest of the item that they stated that I bid on. Which I never did.
