Very good job on my garage door and repaired it at a reasonable price after being quoted high prices by other people.
Garage door was very old and kept being told will need new garage door. AXA garage door repairs told me this will not be the case and fulfilled the promise of it being repaired.

Would definitely recommend to others and use again should garage door need repairing.

I've got a very old garage door which my son opened but then lost the fob for. I called AXA and my options were clearly explained to me. The old fobs were discontinued but if he had a spare one in a box of old fobs then I could use that. If that wasn't then I'd need a new control panel and new fobs which would have cost £225. AXA managed to find an old fob and programmed it to my garage door. Charged me £40 which was way cheaper than the alternative at £225. Such honesty and integrity. Genuinely great customer service.

Jay came round the same day after I called about a defective garage door. He gave me a reasonable quote and came back the following day to complete the work in less than two hours. He made a garage door that had been broken for years seem like brand new! Highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Our garage door decided to give way on one side, come off it's runners and twist it's pulleys. Jay was here within the hour on a Saturday and had it fixed in no time. It works better than it ever has and the price was very reasonable especially for an emergency job. Jay you are a megastar

I unfortunately backed my car into my garage door, resulting in some damage to it. I reached out to AXA, and Jay promptly arrived to assess the damaged door within an hour.

Jay offered honest advice, assuring me that he could fix the damage without the need to buy a new garage door. True to his word, Jay successfully repaired the door, leaving it looking as if it had never been broken.

The roller bracket on my up and over door had broken . I couldn't get my car out of the garage. Hugely stressful, Jay was the only person that I could get hold of on a Saturday. I am so glad he was, because he was just fantastic! I rang at 10:25 and he arrived as scheduled just before 13;00. After fixing the bracket he spotted another issue and fixed that as well. The garage door is working better than it has in its lifetime-I'm so impressed! Jay from Axa is such a genuinely good honest trader. He quoted instantly from picture of the work that needed doing, he gave me 2-3 price options to select from. Rang to get my garage door repaired. Axa came same day, good repair, friendly service. Would totally recommend for this repair

Engineer advised me at the outset call out charge. Came within hours to suit me. Having inspected the workings of the motor and he fixed it straight away. Polite, courteous and honest. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

We contacted Axa garage repairs this morning at 8 am and had a reply and garage door repaired by 1pm.
Not very often we write reviews but the level of service was 1st class. Jay ( I think that’s correct) was brilliant, couldn’t be more helpful and all done is such a friendly manor. Would highly recommend.

Jay came out to fix my garage door on a Friday late afternoon across Manchester with a smile on his face. He arrived when he said he would, he was friendly, competent and thorough and did the job professionally and for a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

Had an issue with the spring arm on my garage door, it had come away from the fixings, leaving the garage insecure. I called AXA and spoke with Jay, i sent some pictures of the door and the issue and he gave me some estimated costs. He arrived to the property at the stated time and fixed the arm and secured it better than the original installation. Polite and informative, would highly recommend.

Came round within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue in seconds (he knows what he's doing!) and immediately set about fixing the problem. Fast and clean worker, fixed the issue then checked/lubed the full opening/closing and locking system to ensure that nothing else could go awry. Garage door opens better than it ever did now. Friendly guy too! Recommended - will definitely use when we get a new garage door fitted in the future.
