AVON COSMETICS

I am so HIGHLY disappointed about the mismanagement of my products by AVON COSMETICS. It has been a month since I have purchased and paid for my products and have still not received a single item- more so neither has AVON, such a reputable company has not bothered to contact me yet my money has been taken. Most frustrating is that there is no number to contact AVON, such a massive company?
It is a level of ridiculous right now that I have paid for something a month ago and have still not received it!

Won’t refund returned goods and terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Contacted Avon to ask how to do a return. Followed instructions to the letter. Several months later after lots of chasing, Avon is now unwilling to process the returned products. They’ve confirmed receipt of the parcel (and returns form) but won’t refund, or exchange, or provide credit note or return items. They have both the payment for the goods and the goods themselves. Absolutely scandalous unethical behaviour. Avoid

So disappointed that the brilliant Avon Works So Soft facial hair removal cream has been discontinued in favour of a new and horrible product. Why, for Pete’s sake?? Why change something that’s gentle and WORKS with something that stings. I could cry.

I like my make-up products from Avon.

I always like to buy product items from Avon, especially make-up items. My courier, I have had for a good while now. I wouldn't want to change her for the world.
There is an item I have bought and it suits me to the ground, I have tried many eyebrow products, they have all been good, but, this one is perfect, it is called "Avon Power Stay 72H", and does exactly as per the products details. When I shower it doesn't always come off, although, that depends, if I use my facial products. I definitely recommend this product.

Another company that appears to be…

Another company that appears to be going to the dogs!

My last few experiences haven’t been great. Very late deliveries. Items not available by the time they do the picking etc, but ever the optimist I decided to place another order on December 19th with upgraded next day delivery.

Here we are…January 5th and it hasn’t even been picked yet!
Contacted them early Saturday morning via WhatsApp (as their website suggests) and although it’s not an instant messaging service, so far just radio silence.

They seem not to give a rats backside about their customers or their loyal reps. The fact this is a claimed account yet they choose to ignore all reviews; speaks volumes.

I bought a hairdryer but unfortunately…

I bought a hairdryer but unfortunately the dryer was dangerously faulty. It glowed up inside and started to melt the brush attachment. Next thing my fire alarms inside my house went off. I sent it back immediately informing them of this. Now over a month later I’m still waiting for my reimbursement even though they said it has been processed and to resolve this issue. Now I will have to involve my bank to dispute this. So disappointed with Avon. I will never order from them again.

Bad customer service

Very bad customer service I have ordered but after 1 and half month it’s still not delivered and whenever i ask for refund they ask me that it’s done and whenever i check my account they are not refunding me I don’t know what they have done with parcel or what the parcel company did but litterally its rediculous for keep asking for our own money i am and please can anyone guide me where i can complain to get my refund.i tried everything thankyou.

Burning eyes, streaming nose. Tinted moisturiser NUTRA EFFECT

What's going on with the Avon tinted moisturiser. My eyes have been streaming for days, and my nose is like a tap, drip, drop. The skin around my eyes is swollen and peeling too ??
I have no known allergies at all, but this stuff must be really harsh. Its taken me a while for it to click, as I thought I had a cold again.
Its the moisturiser !!!!!!! BEWARE

Avon Rep disappointed with company

As an Avon Rep for only 6 months, I am very disappointed in the company, and now leaving asap.

Historically, there have been lots of problems placing orders online, as the website is quite often not working properly.

Anyone considering joining as a rep, please read all the info as to how much it will cost you each campaign to purchase the catalogues, handling charge, and delivery charges before signing up.

As a person with only a few customers, ordering 10 Brochures cost me £9.40, delivery charge £3.50, and handling fee £1.25 a total of £14.15. I sent an order in beginning of November of £100 plus but got no discount on the order as it was my first order in this quarter, meaning I am £14.15 out of pocket this month along with my time and fuel costs.

Unless you plan to push for large sales every month, think carefully.

I order Avon from a lovely representative

I order Avon from a lovely representative but she is sometimes weeks late with the brochure due problems with the Head Office delivering them. They have also stopped selling certain products which l have been buying for years. Their lipsticks and nail varnish colours never matches the photo in the brochure. My last order had a product missing due to it selling out. Funny that as it was at a reduced price. When they are back in stock it will be at the usual price again. I have now starting ordering their products from online sites and hope they are safe. The packaging is exactly the same and so far l have had no adverse effects.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I am trying to return lipstick that does not match the colour and I can not. The return company told me they were going to collect it but failed to do it twice. I complained to Avon and all I get is someone will contact me in 5 days it has been 2 weeks now.i don't recommend to buy anything from Avon. Terrible customer service. I will get my make up and skin care from somewhere else

Items arrived but parcel damaged

Items arrived but parcel held 2 damaged items out of 6. It appears that the parcel had been thrown about by Evri as one of the cans was also damaged although the contents were intact.

Fantastic value for money products, but they desperately need to work on customer service.

Great website, excellent products that are fantastic value for money. Despatch time a little slow, but my items arrived in tact and well packaged.

I've just been reading the reviews on here and I'm really surprised how many bad reviews they have. Avon really need to get a handle on these because they don't seem to be answering or monitoring the reviews on TrustPilot at all!

Avon have been around for years and their products have been largely good. In my younger days, many moons ago I worked for them and then they prided themselves in customer services, not anymore it seems! What a shame.

Come on Avon own your mistakes and be the excellent company you used to be.......

BEING A VIP SELLER DOESN'T DO YOU ANY FAVOURS, WHEN YOU CALL UP CUSTOMER SERVICES THE ANSWER MACHINE SAYS "TRY WHATS APP" YOU CAN CHAT WHENEVER YOU WANT TOO. WELL IF YOU USE WHATSAPP YOU ALWAYS AND ALWAYS MEANING FOR MONTHS NOW, GET THE "WE ARE EXPERIENCING A HIGHER VOLUME THAT NORMAL" BS AND A RESPONSE USUALLY TAKES 24 HOURS OR LONGER. ITS FLIPPING DISGUSTING.

Avon imposed PAY-CUT on all Representatives in a cost-off living crisis and brushes off any complaints about it - despicable and spiteful. Dont become a Rep

I have been an Avon Lady for nearly 20 years but I do not like to be treated worse than a dog. I reached the highest earing level (VIP) but Avon now imposed a significant paycut on all Reps. Avon reduced the commission to 10% on all Fashion Products (clothes, bras, jewellery, sunglasses, handbags, PJs etc) as well as homecare (diffusers, car fresheners, candles, fragrance oils, wax melts, etc). This could tank my Avon business. For example, if a customer spends £20 of these products, we only earn £2 but have to pay for the expensive Avon Catalogues, Stationery, and the petrol for canvassing and delivery. My Avon business will go under if I do not earn sufficient money (we all pay rent and bills). Avon is spiteful and despicable. I have contacted them directly on several occasions but they are good at fobbing you off! Feel free to support your Avon Reps with tips, but DO NOT join Avon. They do NOT look out for women! Only for their own profit!

Order declined but money taken

I placed an order on the website which said it couldn't process my card but the money was taken right away. No confirmation email recieved. I tried to speak to someone but it's either Whatsapp or FB Messenger (both a useless chatbot and then I was ignored once it couldn't answer my question - except to try and upsell me another product.) No email, but you can telephone (because this is 1995). TL;DR They took my money but didn't process the order. They're now ignoring my comms. Avoid like the plague!
