Delivery is appalling - paid next day delivery and it hasn’t even shipped 2 days later.

This is the second time this has happened and customer service also don’t reply via email!

The jeans look nothing like the photos on the website, a total scam! Tried reaching out to customer service and got the worst attitude from the brand owner, who was very rude and dismissive. A complete waste of money and time. There is also a lot circulating how she was gifted a fake birkin and fake designer bags etc by her ex. Starting to think she is in on scamming with him. Be wary!

I ordered a pair of leopard capris for £110 for a special event I was going to. I received a completely different item instead. I contacted their customer service and they replied straight away assuring me that they would re-send the correct order. It has been 5 days and I have not received an update. I emailed them back 3 times and I have been ignored. I commented on their latest Tik-Tok video and they deleted it straight away. They are completely aware of this issue, however, they have no interest in resolving it.

their jeans quality and sizes vary so much, the first pair of jeans i got from them 3 years ago were great - a got a medium (wrong size) and were too big on me, but the quality was fantastic. They told me they dont do returns or credits so I kept them, acknowledging that I ordered the wrong size. Last year, I decided to order from them again, hoping the quality would be as amazing, this time I ordered an XS (again wrong size, their size chart was so confusing). When they came the quality was not as great as the first time, but good. Although they fit tight - they fit! After 1 wear, I go 2 rips in them, after investigating it further, it seemed as though these rips were "fixed" prior to shipping them off to me but was terribly done. With duties and taxes im paying $400 CAD for jeans, I want them to be as expected. I reached out to them with this complaint and photos, not only did they take foreverrrr to get back to me, but nothing "could be done". Now, I find it hard to find thick quality denim, truth be told, AVF has good thick denim. Being naive and too hopeful, I order AGAIN, I ordered a small this time, XS was too tight, M was too big, small must be my sweet spot. when i got them...they were HUGE. They dont even fit around my waist, they're loose on my bum and thighs, completely awful. In addition, the quality was terrible, I could have easily found these jeans at the thrift for 15$. I didnt even bother emailing them as their customer service is actual garbage, now im stuck with these ugly massive jeans. all in all, please don't order from here, there are so many brands that are better and will let you return if they dont fit.

Their customer service is 10/10. So lovely & attentive, I feel really comfortable shopping with them & will continue to do so. The quality of the clothing is great too. The ultimate IT girl brand x

Just scammers. A place called a ‘vintage fit’ selling vintage jeans for premium prices, however anything vintage cannot be returned or exchanged. So if you order a size which you think will fit but actually doesn’t, you’re stuck with it. Will never purchase anything else again

I ordered the patchwork work jeans , got them today , they are lovely love them ❤️ and customer service always responded to me , and very polite, thank you am really happy with jeans

I ordered the leather zip up and leather maxi skirt. Both items are very nice quality and honestly look better in person. Something i think the brand could improve on is communication with customers. When I ordered my item the dispatch was for December 30th. However the dispatch date was then changed to January 14th. Which is unfortunate but understandable I wish the brand had reached out to let me know this was happening. I had to reach out to them which is okay however, when I reached out through instagram dm what date I ordered my item with my item number asking why it was not shipped out yet A Vintage Fit got back to me saying “as stated on our website dispatch is out for January 14”. I was confused by this vague response because I assumed that would be the new dispatch dates for orders that came after mine. However my confusion was cleared up through email by A vintage fit. I think the situation could have been avoided if they would send emails out about any order updates or changes. I will say A vintage fit did a good job responding to all my questions and getting back to me especially through email. So I can understand IG dms not being as professional. As I said before the quality of the items are very well made and stunning. But if I were to make a small suggestion I would suggest to add clasps above zippers. Over all A vintage fit Has beautifully made items with customer service that will get back to you if you reach out first which I would suggest if there is a change on their end they should update the customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, I received defected items from them and the sizing was off! When I reached out to them about a return, they wouldn't accept the return even though the items were unworn, and the tags are still attached.

I will never ever shop here again. Terrible brand with terrible customer service. Placed an order for next day delivery and they just refused to send it. I followed up about my order and asked them to cancel if they couldn’t send. Just ending up cancelling and didn’t get the items I wanted. Customer services would just ignore me and fight me in their dms. Very unprofessional!! They only care about models and influencers. 0 stars

Waste of money
the owner is rude, selfish and clueless.
Save yourself lots of money and just go to a charity shop and buy some jeans!!
Hopefully this company ceases to exist soon!
Biggest scam company and scammer ever !!

Great shipping time, considering it was shipped from the UK to Canada. I have trouble finding denim that fits and flatters my waist, bum and legs all at once. I knew I was taking a risk given the 4 sizes but I am SO pleased with how they look, I wear them everyday and don’t own a pair that flatters me more. I will be ordering more !

I think this company needs to read the following....
This falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and overrides the retailer’s own returns policy. This would apply if the item:

Isn’t of satisfactory quality

Isn’t as described online

Isn’t fit for purpose

Doesn’t last for a reasonable amount of time.

I get two jeans are described as not the same but come on. This is like buying a completely different jean!!!! It's like thinking your buying a porsche and ending up with a Yaris. Literally baffled.

Looks nothing like the images online. I get vintage denim is all different but how absolutely no where near to the pictures… even the cuts/holes just weren’t done with any care straight in the bin

I’ve had a good experience with a vintage fit. I ordered the blue reworked skirt, and I love it so much. It’s so unique and sits so well on my figure. I’m quite skinny, and it’s really hard to find a skirt that pops. It’s a great investment to keep in your forever wardrobe - can be dressed up or down! I had my eye on a vintage fit for a long time and I’m glad they delivered!

I needed the skirt in time for my holiday and betty from the customer service team was helpful in providing me with an estimated delivery date. It came a few days earlier than expected!

The only slight downside I’d say is that the denim skirt I received was a little lighter in colour than I would have liked, but this is to be as expected as it is reworked denim and no piece is the same, and overall I am very happy.

Waste of money if you want vintage Levi’s look on eBay jeans at a quarter of the cost!! Jeans are dusty looking not vintage they say no returns but why? They are old vintage jeans that you claim to be made to measure - that’s not true and then charging £160!!!! Gutted I ordered and had to wait 2 weeks absolute waste of money. I re ordered some Levi’s from eBay from the US fit perfect for £60. I will try and sell these but I can’t see them selling fast and they won’t resell at anywhere near to the price I paid.

My fur top from them is an absolute dream. It's like wearing a cosy cloud—it's so soft! Perfect for those nights when you want to stand out without even trying. A Vintage Fit, consider me officially obsessed.

Ordered the classic jean from them about 6 weeks ago and just received them today. While the fit is good (as i'd assume with custom measurements) I was quite disappointed with the quality/colour of the denim. I did want a vintage jean, but the colour is honestly such an ugly washed out bluish grey and is not close at all to the photo. I don't know what to call this but they have the appearance of faded vertical fine lines running down and they not only look old but cheap. I wish they showed more variety on their website and more accurate pictures of the denim because I would not have ordered them if I knew this was the case. Also, although they have express shipping advertised on all of their platforms, they forget to broadcast how long these orders actually take to ship in the first place. After the first few weeks I emailed and received a rude response from the employee telling me to see that their terms and conditions says wait up to 4 weeks. I did not receive a shipping notice until week 5.

Once I ordered jeans from them, when they arrived I tried them on and right in the place between my legs there was a huge hole where my underwear was visible. When I contacted them they said they couldn’t do anything because it was “vintage denim” and that this happens, no refund. I understand that it is vintage, but how can you send jeans with a huge hole between the legs?

Ordered a fur jacket and a pair of custom jeans for my girlfriend and she loves them both!
